I started my own detailing company it's been 5 months I'd like to learn more, I take like 5 hours per detail I think it's too long need to know how to be faster any tips?
@@Beast_Mode00 i take 5 hours per vehicle but that includes Exterior: Wash, Iron-X, Clay towel, hand wax Interior: carpet shampoo, steam clean, leather conditioning, etc Do you have a good pressure washer? When i switched to Active 2.0 my detail time was reduced by 30 minutes per car just from the > gallons per minute
Just found this, this video is very VERY relevant for me starting Wash Dawgs Detail in Tennessee. Basically, this video is a way to understand to have self control. Control what you want, but be careful what it is as you talk, detail, and advertise!
You’re killin’ it Hudson! I’m enjoying your videos as well as watching your business grow! After 20 years in the automotive/ dealership life, I finally pulled the trigger to start my own detailing business too. DIYDetail rinseless and all clean are my most used when shade is limited 😂 You have what it takes and it shows that you’ve put in the long hours researching products , techniques , business etc. ,Keep up the great work!
@@HudsonArcher_Details I needed a better work life balance that modern dealership culture rarely achieves anymore. The money was great , but family time is more important. Detailing has always been a hobby , but owning my own business and provide opportunities for others is my passion and goal. I enjoy showing that a healthy work life balance is still attainable these days!
@@RemedyAutoDetailOfficial Definitely doable, but requires a lot of sacrifice. You must be an outstanding husband & father. Wishing you the best in your business!
I had the same type of acne you have for years and tried everything to get rid of it. After many failed attempts with a few dermatologists I finally came up with my own remedy and finally had no more acne. Blend sacylic acid and hydrocortisone cream and apply heavily until your acne is gone. Also, wash your face with cold or almost warm water only. No wash cloth either. Thank me later. Great video by the way.
I'll give it a shot, thank you for the recommendation. Something I've found that has helped me immensely in the past month is undergoing periods of fasting, and when I do eat having my diet be 80% meat while eliminating processed foods, sugars, and seed oils
@@HudsonArcher_Details Yes, processed foods are horrible for us indeed. Definitely sugar. I've cut down on my intake of those as well. Your videos are outstanding. I wish you nothing but success.
“You are created for purpose. And you reflect the image of God in your life.” - this might’ve been my number 1 take away from the entire video. Good stuff my dude!

Very true. I ran my business out of my personal vehicle for about 6 months. A van is a necessary shift for brand image & efficiency once you can afford it tho!
What’s holding you back the MOST with detailing? Business, the actual details, etc??

One of the greatest detailing videos I've EVER SEEN.
Making 11,000 usd a month detailing. Not broke brother but nice eye catching title. Bro love your charisma let’s go we detailers living good!
We sure are. Detailing is in my opinion, the fastest way to $10k/mo
@@HudsonArcher_Details god bless you all and much success to both of yall about to jump in the game after the trucking industry took a crap
Good job.
Mindset is key. They want to cheap out they can kick rocks
So true
I love it when detailers talk about business management, marketing strategies. Great job @Hudson Archer .
It’s definitely needed! Leverage is needed to create a company, hustle only produces hustle

Really appreciate that brother! What made you decide to detail instead of working at the dealership?

I'll add one since I recorded this video-
Don't burn yourself out lol
16 going on 36 lol very mature for your age man
Detailing out a car has nothing to do with quality of work. It's all about someones actual drive and skill rather than what they drive.
