I have 30 raise beds. Climbing beans ( my opinion take too much un necessary room and effort to build trellis frames)
it is my opinion. I harvest a ton of dwarf beans, easy to grow and easy to harvest. With snake beans, yeah, you need to trellis.

Three pole beans are gynormous . Thanks for the heads up on the structure. I'm looking for an organic fertilizer for more blooms. My compost is rich in nitrogen but have very few blooms. I just paused to look up: Wood ash has the fix. Potassium and phosphorus. We have ash. Just have to figure the rest out. That's a fine structure you built. Thanks Marty. Zone 6B USA. Temp 42.

Your welcome, Coco peat is high in Potash also. But soils when built correctly over time will balance themselves out with a perfect NPK. Feed the soil and it will happen. I am about to build a big no dig system and will share the whole process over the next 6 months.

Do you grow beans using three sisters? Corn, beans, and squash or is that more an American partner planting system
