Hi ye sand no! If using a directional print you will need to flip the side pockets so that the outer fabric is used as the lining on these - like on the thumbnail of this video. If you do that it's not an issue. If you want all the outer to be the same fabric and its directional then yes it will be an issue. Hope that helps
