Panache really did a lot of work this run
I just realized that playing a secong panache doesnt reset the timer on the first one, and it just adds to the damage that the first one does
so if you have a panache in play, you could play a new one and trigger it immediatelu

(weighted) majority of cards are powers -> Bird
mostly skills -> Time Eater
mostly attacks > Donu + Deca
curses > secret boss

Silent is just a worse Watcher, just like Corpse Explosion is a worse Panache.
