While this game is difficult, the quick claws, bright powders, focus bands plus crits and so much RNG to already stupid challenge. Just keep crunching those numbers Drew. After enough attempts you’re bound to get a winning run!
So true! Now imagine if someone remade Pokemon Blue Kaizo, kept the gen 1 crits based on speed, and made it where the Pokemon held quick claws, bright powders, and focus bands. It would be an absolute nightmare!

I just don't want to lose any mon! Also, Giga Drain walls sooooo many mons. Super cheese strats. Looking forward to the next one!
The difference is Jan played blind for most of his first couple runs. Jan invented playing around the crit if you listen to Kaizos breakdown following EK. This creator was insanely prepared and did an amazing job! Hats off to him. Loved the content.

tbh my playthrough in this game was so frustrating with para luck, low acc moves hitting and mine missing etc. but props for getting this far, even when all enemies have serene grace & zoom lens XD

I was nuzlocking heart gold I learned the hard way on sacking my last attempt since not using rare candies I'm allowed to try to get the pokemon to level of your ace but two faints = stays dead (tip dont face bosses til your new catfh is the level of the ace) there's quite a few complex rules including multiple encounters but hardcore I know bans that I've never succeeded so interested in this
Unrelated to Crystal Kaizo I was going against Bede's Duoision with Eevee and I got Bite flinch twice, I Quick Attacked to finish, but he healed, so I use Bite again getting the flinch again, then finish with Quick Attack...

Time for Crystal Kaizo +++, Every trainer has level 100s and variations of competitive only Pokemon and if any of your Pokemon die, the run is over. Should be pretty easy for you.
the original CK is harder. so hard they needed to make the easier "+" to make it reasonably nuzlockable. so not actually "the hardest" but "the hardest reasonably nuzlockable"
Not nesesarily. The problem is that you spend half the game switch stalling. Without healing, it is absolutely the hardest one, but you spend an eternity stalling.
@@DemICE666 Yeah… CK was built around item usage. True healess runs are few and far between, and you bet you ass that no one who claims to have done a true hardcore nuzlocke has any evidence…This game was meant to provide the PROPER kaizo experience instead of 159 turns of bitter root milk suicune.
@@PabloRodriguez-ov9sx it really depends on what someone is looking for. as someone who plays set mode no items no nuzlocke, i found Crystal Kaizo pretty hard and Crystal Kaizo+ extreemely easy. So for me, for the way i personally i play, OG CK is the proper kaizo experience. I can totally agree with the creation of CK+ for those who wanna HC Nuzlocke though.

Do pokemon rejuvenation or pokemon reborn nuzlock. I would like to see that 😂. In pokemon rejuvenation you can choose a difficulty called “intense mode”, its basically hell lol. The stories of both these games are actually really good, pokemon reborn is finished but pokemon rejuvenation is still in development. Definitely would recommend to check it out!
