I think its more abundant on the Players than the Characters itself. While yes they have annoying move sets, the players are really the ones to exploit as much of it as they can. Ultimately it leads to a common thing most players do when playing these characters. Like Pyra/Mythra spamming for an example. Min Min, has a complicated Move Set as it's hard to play fairly with it. Honestly, (my opinion here) I find it nearly unfit for Smash. All other characters, I find fitting, just wish they were tweaked a bit to have more fairness to them. In all reality though, every character DLC or not have their own type of unique BS players will find and it's really just us being angry at how people play the annoying characters that make them truly annoying. Which in context, makes the game kinda not fun for others when they play.

Sephiroth is a glass cannon, so even though he deals a lot of damage he dies very easily too so he's not too cheesy of a character.
