Obstacles do not block the path, they are the path. If you find a path with no obstacles, it probably doesn't lead anywhere. Always remember guys that difficulties mastered are opportunities won. Strength doesn't come from what you can do. It comes from overcoming the things you once thought you couldn't. Hi guys! It's me again :) You might have seen me before but my desire to inspire more people is what keeps me pushing to reach out more. We own a cookie shop business in our college town. When we first started it, we just graduated college and were living in our car with very little direction, just a huge passion to be successful. I started it out of a local bagel shop in their off hours at night with my boyfriend, Bran. It was a crazy experience but it worked! We became a success! And how we have our first storefront location (a second one currently under construction but launching soon!) We started it to fund a year long backpacking trip around the world and to be successful while living the life of our dreams.

I just love playing your videos in the background while I'm working. The tone of your voice is so welcoming. Thank you so much for all your knowlegde and this platform.
This video finds me exactly when I need it. I'm the Chairman of my networking chapter and there is a major conflict between my Vice-Chairman and another member and they both avoid each other and the member hyperbolize the conflict. Thank you
This is gold and so many people need to hear it! Everyone avoids conflict which makes it worse. Deal with the conflict head-on, smash through the problem and create a solution. You will praise yourself in the future for doing it.
I love how all of these principles apply to relationships, marriage, business, partnerships, deals, life in general. I am so happy to keep finding these older videos filled with amazing golden nuggets.
Im following this channel a long time, when I started watching i thought, well it isnt Hard to be a Entrepreneur, now i See, that I know nothing and have to learn much more! 🔥
Hi Mr. Bet-David, this comment is about kai from communications. He is an extraordinary person. He has reply to all my texts and has also giving me some tips too. You have a great guy in your team. That's so true, I see myself in many behaviours you said, I'm unhappy but willing to change, it's painful but it's the right way to be happier in life, it painful and feels good at the same time every time I do it reach something in my deep, it's a must if I want to do what I love to do.
I loved this. We do need this examples like you showed here today. Coming up in business it's very useful to know how to manage the conflict like you did with 'Mike'. Thanks for what your doing Pat. Please keep giving us such great examples.
This is the video I have been waiting for all these years of being a subscriber! I find most value in this because it's what I struggle with every single day. Thanks heaps as always Patty
dead weight issues have been recurring. it is only since implementing "focus on what is important." been saying for near a decade or more "a wealthy man can indeed pass through the eye of a needle, it is just a matter of focus." five words clarified My comprehension. I have noticed a shift. food I don't need to worry about. managing money and environment I do. two months ago I focused on moving money between accounts. only adding money to card before going to the shop. all My bills are covered for the next two months. and I have no need to use this months money till next month for common daily items. I am happy with that conflict resolve : )
Amazing video. I have a small problem at my school my principal seems not to be interested in solving any problems any suggestions on how I should approach this problem?
You are amazing Patrick. You teach us well, after that its us who has to gallop and implement it. Otherwise its useless !! Now its up to us on how we take and how we do.
My heart is breaking HOW I WISH!! “The Vault” was somewhere outside the US not everyone can get a US visa but I hope and pray the next events are held in a country that is easily accessible.
I know this is a long stretch but how can I work for you sir. I'm tired of going to school(college) and learning stuff that wont make me rich. How can I work for you totally for free and I would do anything.
what do you do when people are being passive aggressive and when you confront them about it, they deny it and continue the passive aggressive behavior. And also they are spreading the passive aggressive behavior trying to get more people to also be passive aggressive.?? major issue I'm dealing with. I keep trying to confront them directly and they just pretend their not doing aything. It's seriously demented.

Nowadays...with feminism...it's getting difficult....The law are making less and less real men who stand up for themselves
5 different ways people Handel conflicts
1) the stubborn one (lowest level)
2) the accommodator
3) avoiding
4) compromiser
5) collaborate (highest level)
8 ways to address conflicts
1) soft on a person, hard on the conflict
2) shorten the lifespan of a conflict
3) gather data
-qualify the data
-quantify the conflict( put a number)
4) don’t hyperbolise
5) get a second opinion
6) deal direct or let it go
7) set aside your pride/ego
8) let go off the dead weight
It seems the most important part of a conflict is to shorten the conflict lifespan. This allows more room for more urgent higher importance events.

Here's a tip. Trust your enemies the most and watch those closest to you. They are the ones to be weary and suspicious of. Not the enemies.
