The cry with a smile on your face you mention around the 8 minute mark...i can relate to that. There are goals I have visualized that brought me to tears of happiness and pride. Goals that I have accomplished that made me proud... thank you for bringing this up. I have always wondered what it meant to cry at the thought of certain goals.
Normally I struggle with writing essays and such. But, this video made me write down and organize my thoughts and create a plan. I have never in my life seen such a simple yet comprehensive template. Love it!!!! Very inspiring. I would add you should consider health as a "potential threat". If you are not taking care of yourself, physically, mentally and spiritually then none of the other stuff can happen in the mist of a breakdown (i.e. illness, exhaustion, etc.). Eat right, exercise, meditate and talk to others and seek a higher energy source.
