3-21-1989 - Michael Jordan continues his dominance at the PG position after being moved there by Doug Collins. Jordan displays the typical point guard duties during the first 3 quarters (Finding and setting up open team-mates) before moving to a more scoring role in the fourth quarter where he scores 12 points. Ending the game with a stat line of 21 pts, 8 rebs, 16 asts.

The triangle really did open up things for jordan and the rest of the players. This type of play just required more high energy running an gunning for players to get open. Don't know how sustainable this system was in terms of fatigue, but the triangle allowed them to burn at both ends successfully.
