1:07. Wow you finally helped me understand exactly why I dislocated my middle finger on a terrible griplock when I first started Thank you for this enlightening video.
going out for a practice session this afternoon, so i'll be putting these tips to the test. of course, it would be nice if you could also pass along some of that cooler weather from earlier this year. #HotAndHumid
Okay I get it. But! I can already throw quite far (like 100m-ish) but it's still not enough, so I guess I would throw farther if I improved my form. Until now I threw like "random bullshit, go" but now I want to be more mindful. You just gave a whole bunch of information Wich are perfect for me. If I want to build up a form what is the order I should take these tips into consideration? I can't just pay attention to these many things in 2 seconds while I throw my disc. Where do I start, how do I do it?
I'm so sorry for the late response! I just got home from being out on tour. Of course! Focus on one small thing at a time. Start with the wrist. Make sure it is not bent outward. Keep your elbow at 90 degrees. When you go to throw, try to remember to "elbow the door". With this- comes your lower body. When you elbow a door, you are using all of your body weight to push into your elbow. It's the same premise. Engage your legs with your hips. Timing all of this is the hardest part. You'll notice every now and then you will RIP one out there- that's when you know everything aligned perfectly. Keep at it! Thank you for watching!

Bought your tour disc. Just came home and it's here. Gonna go chuck it into the wind.
