I am hearing the same kind of story a over and over. Home insurance companies offering, boiler breakdown cover, plumbing emergency, and wait for it, drain unblocking. So these guys are turning up with a sink plunger and a prayer.
My customer was told the drain had been cleared, what a blatant lie, no other way to say it.

How many calls on average are you called out to clean a feminine hygiene product log jam?
The reason I ask is I've had TWO friend's houses that had clogs while we were partying. Since I'm the one who can turn a wrench or identify the different screw heads, I was the one who was put to fix the "issues". BOTH were caused by women who, despite a life of seeing signs that say, "Look, it's the same way here. Don't flush your funk down the toilet. USE THE GARBAGE CAN YOU DUMB TWIT""...the women just kept doing it anyways.

That big rock is lose under the opening looks like it could fall in the hole too to block the drain.
Used to be a Korean drain cleaning channel that did commercial drain unblocks at restaurants and every drain they went to clear was chock a block with that type of grease. They put a large sieve or colander in front of the pipe to catch all the massive lumps as they came out while jetting. Oriental / Asian cuisine tends to be made with a lot of oils and fats, probably what has been happening in this instance. I would hope that when the customer saw what was pulled out of the drain they may think a bit more carefully about disposing of fats down the drains - or they are going to face a hefty bill for good old Tony to come out again in the future. I would make a little note in your "no teas" notebook about this address, and charge them more next time - I would guess they don't learn nor change their behaviour despite being shown the buildup in their drain, and the fats will continue to block that drain.
If you have ever had that sweet candy called honeycomb, you know, like the inside of a Cadbury's Crunchie bar without the chocolate on - well those fat chunks looked just like it wouldnt you say?

Loved it! It is so satisfying seeing then the plug lets go. I have a couple of rental cabins over here in the USA (emigrated from the UK). I got one of those little jetter hoses you can run off a petrol powered pressure washer. Nowhere near as powerful as your Ridgid set up but it has saved me an expensive call out on three occasions in 27 years.

Ever since I needed my drains unblocking years ago, I've never put wet wipes or fat down my sink/toilet. Saves a whole lot of aggro!

It's 500kg with water so 500 lt the unit is approx 200kg so I got a bit to spare I fill at my unit to 400lt and replenish on site

Olive oil is no good for chips. It has a low flashpoint, so cannot get hot enough for doing chips. Sorry!
