  • Blocked drain. Double trouble trapped rods. #drains
This job was a graft to be honest, what I found in the end was a surprise to say the least.
Another drain unblock in Bebington Wirral England. You will notice the HQ of Uni Lever Research in the background.
    Enjoy the video

Hi Tony, I used to do this for a living many years ago in my 20s (now I'm 66,) for the city council, started on rodent control then moved on to laying sewers with the gangs, even worked on the 8ft main sewer that runs through the city then onto the jetters, clearing manholes, sewers etc. Brings back memories 😊 by the way I always have Yorkshire Tea don't drink anything else!😅 Keep posting the videos and I've subscribed way back, thanks😊

Anyone watch the water? He added nice and clear as you could drink it, and then he turns mechanical on, and it gets darker and darker, and you know you should look away, but you can't! You can't look away because in that pipe is not clean water...it's evil! There's evil down that dark and evil pipe and it wants to blow up and splash our Tony in the face!

Lol at the Unilever comment Tony. I worked in engineering for them and was occasionally told by suppliers that we were on "hold" for spares because the bills hadn't beed paid. They soon paid them when we pointed out that a line overhaul would be late getting back in production if we didn't get the spares pronto 😁 Its a multi billion pound company and they weren't shy of getting a poor reputation for payments. 😳

Tony very informative and has some unique call out locations, Mersey Rod lighthearted with the different lads, but not enough of Boss Jem who is old school like Tony with the technical information although his No2 Andy features a lot more these days.
The Australian and American videos not for me, it's just about big blasting that would smash old clay Victorian drains to smithereens

It is like a rectangular version of an Oreo chocolate creme cookie covered completely in a thin layer of milk chocolate. They are individually wrapped and usually come in packs of 7. They have been selling them in the UK since 1932, and considered one of the most successful and popular snacks, finding their way into millions of school kids lunch boxes for decades.
