Thanks for so much information and advice !
Please, if you have a litlle time, answer me just to one question :
If I turn on "power saving" mode, I also receive all notification, but my question is - if in this mode (power save) works vibration on watch ? I ask because on my job I don't use phone.
Thanks again for everthing and best wishes and regards ! 🎉

    Now I'm regretting getting this

I was getting 3+ days with most (if not all) of the features turned on, until one of the last updates, where it has suddenly dropped to around roughly 2 days +/-, depending on use, after one of the last updates. I didn't change anything, but the battery charge cycle has significantly decreased since then, but I haven't changed the way I use it. Seems like Samsung has programmed in a shorter life with a recent update, as I have changed nothing from when I initially set it up, and the decrease is significantly noticeable.

Identical experience of mine. Once that update was pushed to watch 5 pro about a month ago (July 2024), watch went from 3+ days to 2 days. Using watch exactly as always. Not fond of how Samsung has secretly (undisclosed at least) slipped an update that is adversely affecting battery life. Makes me weary Samsung is strategically pushing consumers to purchase a new Samsung watch.

So turn everything off that makes the watch a smartwatch? Why bother buying it?

I'm facing the same issue. Battery drains within 8 hours.
      What to do now?

    • @Cuculuzz
      @Cuculuzz Год назад

The watch isn't meant to be used as a music listening device for hours, if you go out running or going to the gym then 2 hours is plenty for the battery it has in it.
I got mine 3 days a go and haven't turned everything off, nfc on, Bluetooth on, WiFi/gps off, LTE off when phone is connected via phone, uninstalled apps I don't need, turned off auto brightness and always on display to tap to show, my watch is now at 67%.
I do get notifications, calls etc on it also from time to time. I think I can easily get 5 days out of it.

@@Cuculuzz it used to give 2 days battery life, now keeping the same functions on as earlier it is giving only 8 hours. That's the problem not listening music for hours.

That's not 5 Pro, so that video doesn't apply

I get 5 to 7 Days of battery life if you denied every permission of apps you never use and turn off every gimmicky health sensor as the health features of the watch are 100% inaccurate and utterly medically useless for any type of medical information.

Lol,even Samsung says dont use the watch as medical device

@@MrEajay If you like that health stuff, then go for it, but if you never use any of that health stuff then it eats up battery, so disable it.

@@jamesm568 Of course,i have GW6 classic and a medical grade wearable device,if i do the health features test on GW6 and compare it with my medical device,I can say it 90% accurate not 100% inaccurate like you say
