I defiantly do not follow the 8hr rule. Running the Mt2002-8s, all my needles are over 1yr old except #2 on both heads. Which I just changed last week started to fray the thread. Current stitch count is 22 million. Standard sharp point needles non titanium. Ball points might be completely different, But I have never seen a need to switch to them. If its not a acting up leave it alone.

It's never a bad thing to change the needles. I took the time this morning and switched all the needles. Now that I said something, they would break as soon as I started the machine, and knock the hook timing out. @@adubbproductions
It can if you are embroidering jackets or items that are too heavy for the arms. If you are doing jackets or if you really wanna go big use your table that your sash frame. I’ll make a video on it. Haven’t made a video in that yet. You can go crazy big on a jacket back with the sash frame and it sits on the table so it won’t weight down on your embroidery arms. Gotta take the arms off to use it. That’s the proper way to embroider big on items that open up and are heavy. Good question.
You could make content giving instructions on how to properly watch paint dry and I would tune in. You have a gift for translating firsthand experiences within the industry into teachable moments. I applaud your business acumen and relatability. I have always turned to Supacolor for transfers but will for sure be sending some new designs your way. Keep it up, you are a rockstar!

Running to the back then to the front, take a phone call, shoot a video while doing it all and not mess up any garments. lol It’s fun.
Don’t forget,you can sharpen your needles by poking them in aluminum foil. In order to sharpen my sewing 🪡,serger needles,scissors knives 🔪,I usually will use a piece of aluminum foil and sew it through! I pray 🙏 that this saves yous some money 💴
Do your research before using aluminum foil. I believe the sharpening trick is only recommended for sharp point needles. Ball Point, Stretch and other specialty type needles is better to change out.
Love what the prestige did for me, i learned a lot and got my feet wet in dtf at an easy to understand pace. I wouldn’t know Joe to do half the things i know without going through what I did using the prestige A3+R. The fact still remains that to fill orders on a large scale that will enable your business to thrive the prestige A3+R is just to slow. This unit is 5 times as fast. I still wanna print faster though. This will definitely do the trick for now. Im gonna run the crap out of this thing and learn it like I learned the prestige A3+R. Use the money made to grow.
Can you make a video on how to gain more traction/clients during a dry month? It feels like I have completely run out of orders and I want things to pick up again.
Had to get my electrician out to run an additional fuse so the two heat presses can be on their own line. Before i did that it worked trip the circut everytime. I used a licensed professional around my age that was recommended to me. He did my work after he got off of his daytime electrician job. Extra for him little discount for me. Extra in the communities pocket, got a receipt so it’s still a write off. I still need another line run to the back but it works for now. I’m gonna end up getting it done definitely but the new year cause we have a new toy coming.
