Thank you. They came out well. I've found it easier to blue tape the stablizer to the hat hoop so that it doesn't move when you place the hat on. Also, if the design isn't too wide, I fold the stablizer in half which saves a few cents.

Thanks for the video, have you ever had issues getting the clamp down? I have some issue clamping down and I’m wondering if I need to extend the clamp on the hoop?
You probably have the screw on the side too tight. I have mine loosened all the way. No need to even adjust it. Put that screw on the side all the way over and loose as possible then tighten it down and you can clamp down. No need to adjust it at all.
Never rgb for printing. Always use CMYK when printing. If your black print is turning brown make sure your artwork is in fact black and make sure your black nozzles are clean when doing a nozzle check.

I didn’t the customer for the simple text digitizing. This customer has patronized me several times and I appreciate their business so in instances like this I wouldn’t charge. More complex time consuming designs I would charge. For regulars perhaps half price on digitizing.

Mightyhoops get the job done.
I test stitch everything.
