- You can use this video the next time you do an indoor treadmill or bike workout using your favourite device.
This 5km run was filmed along the shared walking/cycling track around Woolamai Point, Berkeley, New South Wales, which is roughly 50 miles south of Sydney. The average speed is 8kph.
I was considering swapping the audio for music. But because it's so subjective, I figure it's best to let you decide what to play along with it.
I am planning to do more walks/runs etc in the near future. So please let me know if you have any suggestions for the channel, as I'd love to hear from you :)

Thanks for the run! Got me thru a boring treadmill run on this cold snowy day here in Illinois, USA.
This is awesome to look at while im on my treadmill! It would be even more great with sound.
Thanks Ann :) My recent walk videos do indeed have sound, so feel free to use them the next time you fire up the treadmill :)
Thank you I found them!
Wow what stunning scenery. I'm surprised there not more people out and about round there. Certainly makes my pain cave a bit more bearable. Thanks for the upload
No worries at all. Glad you enjoyed it :)
Good run! Best video I think you can get with little or no buffering. I got NO buffering on Verizon DSL running wireless. :)
Awsome. just what I was looking for. thanks a lot for this.
Thanks for the channel, it's great and what I've been looking for! Is it possible to have sound in future videos? It adds so much to the experience to hear the wind and all. *EDIT* Sorry I noticed some of your videos already have perfect sound, it was just the first ones I watched that didn't :)
+mrelefant2000 Thanks so much! Yeah, I started including it after getting many requests such as yours :)
Ok great to hear. In my country it's now winter, snow, and dark almost all day, so I bet you can imagine these videos are worth so much; getting some exercise on the crosstrainer while watching this on a 55 inch tv for a lighter mind :)
+mrelefant2000 Yep, I've noticed my views have risen around 30% over the last month, and I put that down to Winter in the Northern Hemisphere. It's great to know people are getting some benefit from the videos :)
+Run Downunder that's interesting to hear! I guess more and more people search for these videos, and now the quality is so good you get a sense of being there.
You seem to have very nice quality in your videos and nice surroundings, so thanks again for a nice channel. I will come back often for a run!
+mrelefant2000 No problem at all. Just out of curiosity, what country are you in?
Who uses VR Box here?
oh god I feel sea sick
