Being stuck at home because of the coronavirus in Western New York, USA, I have discovered virtual walks that I could do will on my treadmill. This walk was so beautiful and enjoyable.. Someday when I get to Australia, I will make sure I make the trek in person. Thank you so much!
Was looking for something to watch on treadmill, Hi-Def with Steadicam would be better. But thanks. Some people put music to them and it's terrible music. And it doesn't seem like we are jogging. Oh well. Thanks for putting anything out there. What a beautiful trail!
Thanks :) Yeah the video was done a few years back now, and Gimbals to keep it steady were very expensive back then. Yes it's a beautiful trail, and it's like only 20 minutes out of town. It's easy to tale things like that for granted :)
+Jasmine Brown Oh you're most welcome :) I'm sure it's just a little cold there right now, while I'm trying to stay cool here when it's 100 degrees outside as I type. hehe.
+Samadhijunkie Hehe, thanks! Oh I won't be shy. I'm heading to Tropical North Queensland at the start of May for a little vacation, and have a few walks planned :)
Nice walk.I would love to see more of the surrounding scenery rather than the path. Is there any way to point the camera more forwards rather than down?
Beautiful scenery and a nice walking trail with lots of shade... It's perfect except I just can't see the river or waterfall you passed at the start. 😢 Just curious... are you using a GoPro? ***EDIT: Thank you!!! 😀 YES!... You showed the stream at 04:15!! Curiosity gets the best of me when it comes to sightseeing. LOL! Thx for sharing. Have a pleasant walk! ☺☺☺☺
I'm using a Sony Action Cam on a chest mount, which is kind of like a GoPro. You must check out the amazing Waterfall at 31:00 and also listen to the awesome birdlife starting around the 40:00 mark :)
This is a really nice trail! I'm glad there was sound in this one to hear all the birds and water. This video in 4k resolution must be amazing, but I guess that's something for the future. Do you plan on making more new various videos with sound? Thanks again for your channel.
+mrelefant2000 Yeah 4k would be so amazing! I have a few other videos with sound on the channel. Plus I'm planning to do a video up in Sydney very soon, and I'll be in Far North Queensland in May where I'll be able to get some videos of rain forests and tropical beaches. Thanks for watching and commenting, it's very much appreciated :)
+Run Downunder That sounds really good, looking forward to new videos! The ones where you just take a walk in a nice town or park are really nice too, perfect to watch on the crosstrainer when it's winter and dark here. From those my favorites so far are Kiama NSW and Moore park, but I didn't see all of them yet and only watch those with sound. And the better quality and bitrate as possible is welcome since it adds a lot to the feeling of "being there"; I found some really nice videos from others on youtube, but the quality was so pixelated it wasn't even worth watching. But I know sometimes it's hard to get perfect quality to youtube. I think your video Kiawa NSW has nice quality!
+mrelefant2000 Yeah I can get 1080 out of my camera, but my old Mac struggles to edit it, and then I've only got 1Mbit upload speed to RUclips lol. But I'm glad you're getting some use out of the videos, as it encourages me to get on the train to Sydney to make a new one :)
+Run Downunder yes I know myself it takes a lot of the computer to edit videos and so on. But your videos have good quality plus the sound is really good and the surroundings are perfect. So your videos gives me a lot for sure, most of the time these videos are the biggest reason that gets me on the crosstrainer and getting some exercise instead of sitting on the couch, so they are worth a lot for sure :)
Superbe j'adore la balade et le respect de l'intimité des personnes rencontrées

I'm glad you enjoyed it. It''s so sad to see how hard the virus is hitting in the US, especially in NY. Stay safe, and thanks so much for watching 😎
Thank you! I miss Australia so much!
Thx. Tip? Aim cam up a bit when you're looking "straight down" at times (so not to miss the great scenery).
Oh that is excellent. Hope you're still enjoying it :)
What a great experience. Thank you. I love a walk with the mystery of not seeing what's ahead.
+Jodi Clark Thanks so much, I'm glad you enjoyed it :)

Nice! What do you use to film?
To much just looking at the path,,,how about a head mount so u can turn and look at the scenery
doesn't help with the ads
yeah sorry about that. RUclips changed it so I have no control of them once the video starts.
You need to have your camera pointing higher. Too much path not enough scenery
