Exactly how i cook my Nilagang Baka(Beef Soup with Vegetables), using beef shanks and beef ribs combo. Also you can add slices of sweet corn on the cob and plantain( saba banana from the Philippines) in the soup to complete the dish. They come pre-cooked and frozen and can buy it from Filipino stores or some Asian grocery stores. I usually add the plantain at the end because it only takes two minutes to cook it and you don’t want the soup to taste sweet from the plantain.
Good tutorial and your mom is so cute!
