What if you never went outside
Introverts ; Hold My Room
Been indoor for 6 - 8 years. This video's message is real. I feel pain in my back and my bones have become weaker. I also feel minor pain in my chest (maybe a heart disease). I set daily goals but not able to achieve them (maybe I've become indolent).
Now after watching the video, I've decided to go outside and feel the sun everyday.
P.S. I'm 26.
Yes,my bones hurt after a decade being mostly in the house ,I am only 34 so my bones are not supposed to hurt that much ugh
I try to walk every day atleast for 20 minutes and I mean FAST walking

You got this I believe in uu luvvvv
you mean in the prison
This was so insightful! I tend to stay more indoors so it's good to know what the risks can be. I'm also so thankful I have some outside space while isolating :)
So y'all telling me, a person who's boarded themself in the house since mid october is gonna die cuz I'm always inside??? Oh fuc-
so that explains why some times i feel something wrong in my bones and feel bored most of the time
This video explains all the issues I'm have been experiencing, since the lockdowns I have stopped going outside and getting sunlight, thus feeling depressed, having lower energy levels, bored all day watching anime, sports, tv shows, playing video games etc
Science insider is taking its name literally, I see
Inside
This deserves more likes
Being outside is linked to lower stress levels? I'm really calm inside my house but outside my stress level increases every minute... Some of these "facts" are different from human to human. The same goes for being bored inside..., I find many hobbies that I can do inside, while jogging, walking etc. gives me absolute no fun.
But yeah much of it may be not completely wrong.
You might have some form of agoraphobia.
as an introvert, I thought the pandemic, staying inside and playing games all day would be heaven. yeaaah, no. I actually wanted to go outside after months of staying inside. can't believe this happened.
Well, that's me. I mean I do go outside only when necessary...
Same
It's pandemic, we locked up for almost a year already
I've been doing quite good mentally, but that explains why I've been very tired lately and even taking naps! Who would have thought...
In Sweden S.A.D is more common due to that half of the year half of the country only gets like 3 hours of sunlight a day and the other half of the country doesn't see it at all during the winter and then have nothing but sunlight for like 4 months straight
This is where I'm at. I am unemployed due to Covid-19 and living alone quarantined since March. I have to take Vitamin D supplements and meds for sleep deprivation and depression.
My friends: what happened to you?
Me: *skin was brown but now is pale, eyes bags increased, social anxiety to the roof and happens to be social distancing since 10 even before the pandemic* Life just came to me
Staying indoor for a long time made me depressed and anxious.
Its weird were talking about this and wonder why people in prison and when they get out have mental issues
Thank you for giving me idea for my final exam!! I love your vid full of information
Social interactions and thinking would really drift you away and not because your anti-social it's because a lack of actual connections would put a huge toll on your overall mental health and well being and it doesn't take a scientist or psychologist to know it.
I'd really like to know what happens in the body of hikikkomori people! These are people who stay inside their rooms all the time, perhaps going out for grocery shopping once a month or so.
I will not judge their life choices, but I am very concerned about their health after watching this.
Now I know why I am so tired
Summary: Go outside, you need the sun.
And the other stuff too!
WANNA GOI OUTSIDE?
SURE...
COVID: *_Hi there! Wanna play?_*
* Sunlight Hits My Eyes *
My Brain: F*ck you...
Me: Imma go take a nap...
I literally never felt tired when I was on quarantine, but it's probably because of the excess blue light from staring at my tv/phone
We are floating on a planet revolving around a giant ball of fire!
*wow meme intensifies
It's not fire tho.

So remember kids. Always go outside
But remember to social distance
Alternative title to this video: What if you were an introvert?
Great info, Thx for making the vidoes.
I won't stay at home for ever nor will I get bored.
So far I haven't noticed any of these thins happening to me. but reasons I stay indoors a lot is due to my back, neck, basically I need a chiropractor to live with me, I can be horrible for hours, days, weeks, cus issue can come and go, but I don't have trouble with getting bored, I do video, photo editing, and research things for my interests, like mountainbiking, photography, when i am good I mountainbike as much as I possibly can.
but when Corona virus situation got crazy I coincidentally got in to a bad circle of back, neck problems. but getting better, I already got good once, now starting to get back to normal.
I also did hobbies I did not do in a long time like drawing, I have many hobbies, so I won't get bored.
but I get out of proper sleeping rhythm, but that's due to my problems.
Tired all the time is not something I have had.
that inside air? I am venting/air out, opening windows, doors, to freshen up the air.
Video: “We may stay locked indoors”
Covid-19: *takes down notes*
Lol
*Releases video during quarantine*
That totally explains why I'm so depressed the post one year🙄😭
Thats an interesting question. Such an environment would make me ask philosophical questions about why/how science works in the many ways it does. Or maybe even origins of the Universe.
Good thing I went out for some fresh air.
I just realized that in addition to all the other dangers they face, astronauts have to deal with this too
So now I get why I have been feeling tired lately
Nice video to watch during Co vid in January in Canada.
Nice video really educational 🎉
this takes "touch grass" to a whole nother level
HOLY SHIT! THAT may be the answer to my low energy during work. I need to go outside in the coming days.
Welp time to open my door and get some fresh air
me as an introvert during the pandemic: 👁👄👁
this is 100% true this happend to me when i was a 15 years old kid i was just playing games never go out side i even killed my cat cause she ate my food and now i am having a high rage stuff and others you should never try this cause this stuff destroyed my life and now i am trying to fix my life and bringing it to the other way
Once i tried going outside. Then i saw... people. Stupid and naive people. And i returned home
rip me then, I'm always indoors
Introverts: PATHETIC!
In times of now well staying inside is just a normal regular routine
*unless your an introvert or extreme video gamer*
I try to get outside as much as I can where I am living I get really stressed and overwhelmed, I get so emotional I am dealing with two difficult housemates and sadly I am in a situation where I can't move so daily walks help clear my mind.
News: there is covid-19 outside so stay inside to not get infected
normal people: oh no no pls noooo!
gamers: this is best news ever
Have this video saved, watching it a year later. 💛🥰💛
Honestly people can say I can go out in winter but I just hate going outside in winter so I just stay inside all the time till spring and march
Video: "You should go out sometime"
Me: "Sure.... only to buy groceries that is"
Gotta admit I've realized years later that it's made it easier to getting depressed or gloomy.
Yay! Re-upload with better voice 👏🏻
Yeah its been 7 months since I came outside
I learned alot of this :O
I thought working from home would be better than going to office. A year later, I move less, have sleep trouble, mood is low & I'm lazier than ever.
Tatsächlich what happened to me, my sleep was messed up
what are you talking about? The last time I was outside was 4 months ago and I've never been happier!
Me staying inside my house for 2 months without going out: am I depressed yet?
As stuck in my home for a year. I can say this is REAL!!
Nice
Go take atleast a walk

Dopamine is the happy hormone. Seratonin is the self esteem hormone.
I have SAD, and the lamps did nothing for me except hurt my eyes and give me a headache! Haha…
Also, I’m extremely disabled, being stuck inside is really the worst in every way. When people who are healthy don’t go outside enough either, I start getting a little fussy.
3:56 A walk? She's *RUNNING.*
Um eat well and work out! Keep learning! Of course get outdoors!

Hey I wasn't expecting to be attacked like this
i only like going outside at night, i don't like if people can see me 🙂
We ve never experienced something like this in history of humankind, i mean locked for long time in our homes
Oh look a video about my LIFE
I been indoors since 2012 I think so 10 years now and I do want to go outside but staying in and gaming online keeps me away and before I never had this problem.
Another problem I’ve noticed is communication issues arise as well. I’m not sure if you realized but your comment reads kinda weird
This is so trueeeeee!
I don't even have to watch this lol. I'm doing it right now. I'm not going out even on our back yard
Well this is... topical
Wait is this why my head hurts every day?
I am getting very little sunlight. I can sleep during the day. This darn covid-19 and 🥶 winter is hard to handle. The coldness makes me want to stay in.
I need to get out in the sun to get some d vitamin and serotonin.
This narrator has a really cute voice. It’s nice to listen to.
some towns in Alaska lose 2 months of sun-
Lol, I remember when my anxiety and depression got so bad I didn't go outside for a year, and I my skin went down a couple shades. It was concerning
This happens a lot during lockdown 🤨🤨uhhh

“People think being alone makes you lonely, but I don't think that's true. Being surrounded by the wrong people is the loneliest thing in the world."
