You forgot to mention that you need to get a certificate key to allow using the encryption option in Office 365. Encryption won't be available until you get the certificate.

@@tightfate If you are having issue with the Encrypt option missing and have the proper license, make sure to update your license in Outlook. File > Office Account > Update License. That should probably fix it.
The majority of this video is stellar ~ thank you.. but why would you advise signing into a 3rd party platform using an email account? That platform now has your creds. People should be using the OTP by default.
Hi, In o365 to O365 why not encryption showing the way it is showing in the Gmail. In O365 Encrypted message can be download, preview and forward to other. then what's the point of Encrypt email.
