iPad Pro 2021 M1 video camera lens test and vlogging test with RODE Wireless GO and RODE Lavalier GO This is my first test of the cameras on the 2021 iPad Pro, specifically testing for video quality and vlogging. Yes for a portable device it does look good and contrary to popular belief I think you can get away using it for vlogging but with the rear cameras (for me because I prefer the 4k 24). As expected the rode performed very well. Cheers!
Yes Tone, the rear wide camera is really nice. The ultra wide on the rear is also good but the resolution etc. of the wide is better. For indoor stuff the colour can go off its head very quickly, I'll have to find an app that'll let me dial in white balance and exposure, as soon as I've got that I will do some examples of indoor stuff. The only problem I have is that no matter how much of a C... Homelander is :) I just think he's ace and the best "bad guy" ever. Great demonstration! I read from many comments around the web that the iPad Pro has a bad quality in the front camera. But looking at your video, it seems that this is not an issue? Also, I don't know that much about microphones, so what is the difference between RODE Wireless GO and RODE Lavalier GO?
Nope, it's a very real issue. Not just the front camera.... all images turn out very grainy. A huge disappointment. Worse than any low level Android phone I've ever owned... not exaggerating
Did I miss him mentioning whether he's using M1 ipad pro 12.9" or 11"? I'm not good at eyeing the scale of it. Or does it matter? Do they have same camera systems regardless of M1 ipad pro size?

Hi Nani. I’m not sure. Some people have said similar things as you’ve said about the quality but I’ve not had any issues. I just use the standard camera app and use the selections it offers. The one thing that definitely helps though is a lot of light. If I shoot indoors and don’t have a lot of light, the picture can look very grainy and a bit soft looking. Says "Intro and front wide lens" which only changed when vid moved along (or dragged) until I noticed the ">" symbol. Click on that and a menu came up to the right of the vid! First time I realised this.😀😄🇭🇲

I've purchased the ipad pro 11" and the camera quality is extremely poor ie very grainy. I did research and found that I'm not the only one with the issue. Just putting it out there so that people can be properly informed.

The front camera is terrible. It is worse than the front cam on the S7Plus and that camera is terrible

I've purchased the ipad pro 11" and the camera quality is extremely poor ie very grainy. I did research and found that I'm not the only one with the issue. Just putting it out there so that people can be properly informed.

@@KIRAN-pz9nh its due to the ultrawide cam, not sure how to explain it but theres many discussion abt this on reddit, try looking it up. nevertheless, im v disappointed bc my previous 2020 ipad pro had much sharper image quality :(

Looked weird when you walked backwards. Everything in the background stayed the same but you got funnily tiny as you walked backwards 😃. Have a look back at it. I know that happens but it looks weird sort of. And why are you wearing my jacket and shorts…. 🤣😂🤣😂🤣.
