    a good shot on assembly, I've sent some people to look because they didn't understand the concept. I left a comment on a different video about coupling it to a hydronic system, I think it would improve your efficiancy greatly. Good job

    My hat is off to you for all your hard work. It is an impressive marriage between the Tesla turbine and the fueless heater designs from 40 years ago. Is it possible for a blue collar worker to actually afford one of these devises?

    the simple version is a ac motor spun without cooling. it does the same, just need to be preheated to work faster. you just use a smaller ac motor to turn a bigger one without the fan and the bigger ac motor will behave like a mechanical heater.

    leave a air gap between the stationary disc and the rotor disc and the hater will work better and put out more heat and use less machanical force. what happens is that the air friciton between the discs will turn into hot plasma that will self reinforce but the mechanical input become almost zero because the amount of friciton resistance does not increase proportionally to the increase of temperature.

      Hard to fathom “air friction” when you have oil between the disks. Are you recommending not filling oil up to cover all the disks? He mentions oil travel. I’m not clear on whether to cover all the disks,- Otherwise great comments.

      Well let's just say I don't use electric resistive heaters anymore for heating.

    He doesn’t sell kits, don’t waste your time writing. And also, do not mount the moving disk
    Right against the stationary, as he shows. Been there done that ! The keyway of the disks will get destroyed by the steel key, if you do otherwise !. You have to make a large bushing to raise the first moving disk, supported by the bearing. All disks must be very accurately spaced with equal distance on a very tight tolerance, to do well. This is a hard task to build one!

      I did hear him say in one of the videos that he put some kind of organic material in with the discs I wish the guy would be more theral and maybe have some plans or something if you're going to give up an idea you might as well give it all up.

    Anything beats resistive heating... that's why home heat pumps have a COP of around 2.5 to 3.0.... because they use the phase-change media to transfer heat. I don't think this device employs phase change, but it may be using other fluid dynamic properties of the oil in shear action. It still seems somewhat related to the Tesla Turbine / rotating disc pump, but then again the stationary discs negate that relevance.... hmmm.... it sure would be interesting to see a fluidic flow diagram of this device. Have any simple phase change liquids been tried? There may be a possible path to allow external flow for the reverse phase change through a radiator. (random thoughts)

      Not Random at all, I do use a radiator system in my house. :)
      This is based off of the Tesla Turbine!!! you are one the few people who can see that.good eye! It is a Tesla Turbine put into a static load, the fluid flows to the out side of the wall of the body them pushed up to the top and sucked back into the center hole just like a Tesla Turbine from the oil fields all across the world, they use that pump for a VERY good reason.
