After decades of finding the bible a very difficult book to read especially in the context of current times I stumbled across these 13mins of inspiration. The most informative lesson on the subject of practical uses of the bible in a very easy to understand and practical way.
I have found that the psalms are good for this, because the psalmist is usually crying out to God for protection, wisdom, strength, healing etc. Or, is praising and worshipping God. There are many psalms which relate to our modern-day issues. I pray the psalm as if it is myself speaking to God. I, me, us. 🎉😊🎉
