Mario Multiverse is a fan game a lot like Super Mario Maker 1 & 2. It's currently in a closed beta and the beta server is full. Sadly there is no download or way to play the game yet. I'll make an announcement when the beta is open to all, or when the game has a public release. Thanks for watching! -Darby

It’s my birthday today!
What I found most interesting about this video was that it made us realize how creative Mario Maker could be if Nintendo didn't decide to impose extreme restrictions on the player.
Mario Maker 2 has so much potential, but the fact that it is a Nintendo game condemns it to be forever a "mini game" with editor.

There are a lot of things, you can do in Mario Maker 2. There are some limitations, but it still is a good game.
@@wambo4491 Well those limitations are terrible sometimes you might have a great idea but can't actually make it if the game won't allow remove limitations what is the point of beating your course to make sure it's playable but also adding limites? It is goofy to me.

Yeah. The axe can be some papers that Mario has to turn in, and once Mario turns in the papers, Bowser is happy and leaves.
I really like the city Mario's fireball animation. Reminds me of a Noir mobster movie.

@@BlueTelevisionGames I wonder, if instead of posting an actual download link, you just posted a video with like a small puzzle or something that you had to solve, to find the download URL? then lazy people would ask for help and other people would solve the puzzle for them and send the link anyway, but you still never share the actual download link publicly 🤔
Probably a good thing if it doesn't come out soon, since SMM2 was only a few months ago.
@@CananaMan I feel that is too much maybe just start inviting people to the Server so they can play it as long as they promise not to redistribute the link unless it is in DMs and stuff. I just want to play it and maybe with my imagination threw in some ideas that they could try to add if they like them?
@GOD SAMA I highly doubt MM2 hype is going to die down for a long time, especially as updates will probably come out eventually.
This is very cool. I love the fact that it plays like an interactive story rather than just another level!

Darby that was not only well crafted but was a cute lovable NPC city layout with funny dialog/helpful very traditional even though the Timer is kinda short I'd add some extra Time Clocks just to be slightly nice and yes it was fun seeing your creativity! So I loved seeing you make a level because its cool checking out all the goodies together with you and Bowser is cool. Thank you Darby!

I love the city theme. it was great seeing you create , so clever and defo a lot harder than people think when they play a level. i won't know where to start if could make a level.

Unfortunately it will never release. Otherwise Nintendo will take it down immediately as well as sue the creator to never make another project.

i remember where jaden got a closed beta of "totally accurate battle simulator" before. so if you ever say "ITS NOT OUT YET" they probably need to fix bugs and add more stuff. be patient, please.

Mario multiverse and Mario Maker 2 I realized do have some things that may cause people to choose 1 over the other.
Mario Maker 2: Allows for interesting machines, can create with others
Multiverse: Wider variety of everything, allows for pixel art

well that is a nice level. hopefully one day we can play it if there is ever a playable version of this game to everyone. i mean seriously. surely there some updates to this game on like, how close it is to a possible release. demo or full game wise. i kinda feel like the more time we don't get info, the more this game will be forgotten to where no one is gonna wanna play it

Thanks so much Ramio! I got invited to play MM a long time ago when it was much easier to get. Now I think you have to find their public discord server to get info on joining. I hope that helps.
So, I did some research and I got this : The owner of Mario Multiverse gets emails and the owner accepted all of them, then around 10 months ago, the owner stoped with the accepting, now you have to wait until the owner releases it to the public.

I think, City+Castle setting should look like ironworks factory. And City+Ghost House should look more like city ruins.
Cool idea
What if you added a bomb before the red coin room that would "blow up the train"? Then there could be a pipe where mario would be running along the tracks? Or make the challenges harder with more time and a slower scroll speed.
Also, when you went to the subway enterance, there was a bit of open background on the right.
