🎮 Mario Multiverse is a fanmade Super Mario Bros. level editor a lot like Super Mario Maker 1 & 2. It's currently in a closed beta (sorry no download link), but I will update you all when a public version releases!

Umm can you send me a download link for mario multiverse I cant find one that works thanks a lot
Fun fact: Pixelcraftian's troll level took me about 36 minutes to complete and I edited it down to about 10. I died and fell for probably every troll in the level. OUCH. Hope you enjoyed my pain.
I may or may not be prepared for Mario Multiverse trolls.

I am glad a custom one is in the works. With the bizarre way Super Mario Maker 2 added so much, yet took away so many things from the first game, I want an editor that has it all. Would also be nice if it has multiplayer like Super Mario Maker 2.
As cool as it is to see more gameplay features in the SMB theme, I still hope players can decide if they want to remain faithful to the original gameplay or remix it. I don't want _every_ theme to play identically.
It’s up to the creator which skills Mario gets. You can even prevent left scrolling like in the original smb

@@BlueTelevisionGames Oh yeah. And it's real interesting to see new sprites & Mario animations in that styles as well. New Spin jumping animation? Small Mario ducking or looking up? Carrying stuff (I think I saw that in someone else's video)? I'd like to get a hold of a sprite sheet showing all SMB1 animation frames. I did spend a few minutes searching on Google with insufficient results containing a lot of missing content. I'll try searching again at another time. :-/

How many power-ups have been made for those styles btw?
All power ups are the same in all styles.

Reason I ask is that it seems so many authors don't use many power ups, like say "Frog Suit" in Yoshi's Island style.

What happened was that the level creator made custom sprites, copy and pasted them MULTIPLE times, so you wouldn't be able to see it fade, this is a very common practice among troll creators.
