I replaced the ice maker and I don't necessarily think that was the issue. Reason being is we recently had our power go out and it took a few days to "reset" and make ice again. I'm not a fan of this setup@@wendylennox735
@@Whyhelloderr I don't see any rocker. And now I have an error t1 code. Transmitter apparently but there are 4 or 5 in the parts and 2 different ones so now I have to figure that out.
This is going to sound crazy, but my Frigidaire Gallery stopped making ice last week. I tried everything and finally shut off the icemaker using the control panel. Now it's making ice??? I have a full bucket of it. I haven't heard the motor or the dump but I don't stand beside it so it must be happening. After about 48 hours of it making ice while shut off, I turned it on again for about 24 hours. No new ice was made when it was on. Then I shut it off again and got more ice. Any idea what's happening? Should I just leave it "off" to get ice, or do I call Ghostbusters?
We have a basic panel with no buttons for icemaker functions. The icemaker itself has a little rocker button underneath, front left, that had apparently been pushed off when the ice level got too high. Pressed it and there was a whirring sound and then a little green led came on on the face of the icemaker. Hope this helps someone, thanks for the video though.
My buttons are inside the door. I just moved into this house. The ice holder box was full when I moved in so it must work. I have no idea how to turn it on nor do I know how to tell if its on?? Please help.
This video was so helpful. Thank you so much! The ice maker was making so much noise. I turned it off and no noise. Really appreciate your video!🎉
I'm house sitting & not using a lot of ice. This helped a lot! Thank you!
Thank you for the video Can you stop the ice from filling in the bottom part of freezer & just fill in the fridge freezer drawer ?
Our Gallery doesn't have the options button but has a cold drink timer button in it's place so I can't access the menu screen. Any idea?
Neither does mine
