Worlds Adrift - Running vs Jumping Speed Test

In a quest to determine whether it's faster to run or jump while moving in Worlds Adrift, I tried to run a simple experiment to determine which of these two was the faster, if any at all.
I used key-framing to determine the precise frame at which the "start" line and "finish" line were crossed. It was a crude test, but hopefully clears up the answer to which is better for speed.
