    I love Christa's workouts. I was excited when I saw that it was finally here, that I did it immediately! I loved it! I think its my favourite Christas workout so far! I was sweating and I liked that the focus was on the legs but still an intense cardio workout. Thank you so much Christa and Popsugar!!!!

    WARNING- if you have anxiety this workout is for you!
    I had such a tight chest from being anxious and after I finished it I felt normal again. Definitely an amazing stress buster!

      I looked it up:
      How does exercise help ease anxiety?
      Engaging in exercise diverts you from the very thing you are anxious about.
      Moving your body decreases muscle tension, lowering the body’s contribution to feeling anxious.
      Getting your heart rate up changes brain chemistry, increasing the availability of important anti-anxiety neurochemicals, including serotonin, gamma aminobutyric acid (GABA), brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), and endocannabinoids.
      Exercise activates frontal regions of the brain responsible for executive function, which helps control the amygdala, our reacting system to real or imagined threats to our survival.
      Exercising regularly builds up resources that bolster resilience against stormy emotions.

    Great to see how Anna is demonstrating the modifications - we're always trying to show that exercise is for everyone, and workouts can always be modified! And love that this workout can be done at home. Makes it accessible for everyone. :)

    I've never been into kick-boxing workout at all. But now I've realized why. It's so important who is the trainer. :) Thanks to you Christa DiPaolo you showed me I can enjoy and do this workout. Made me sweat a really lot... so I think it's now one of my favourite. Good job guyz and I really love Popsugar Fitness chanel. I hope you guyz won't stop, never.

    I love the energy of the lead person. She is so awesome. This was an amazing workout. I used cans of soup because didn't have weights. It worked well.

      NicoleSteenFitness how many calories burned if used 2lb hand weights almost whole time and 3-5lb ankle weights whole time ?!?
      Would love for calories burned to be posted with every workout if possible !!!! Loved this for a second workout of the day jogged 10 miles in am and thus was my afternoon sweat sesh !!! Feel good 😊

    I remember my first time doing this workout. I was dying and throwing wrong punches all over the place. I was pretty sure it was impossible. Now I do it with 1lb weighted gloves from the beginning and pick up 2lb weights on top of that at the weighted round. Never, ever thought I'd progress that far. I love The Cut! Christa is so much fun to follow and everyone is fun to work along with. Thanks!

    "Jessica james"I love boxing and I love Christas workouts she is such a good motivator and so easy to follow!!! I burnt 356 first time and 398 the third time I did this workout and that was even doing the push ups modified and I'm going to keep doing this workout!!:) I burnt more calories per minute than my group boxing I do weekly:))) This is my go to workout when I'm running short of time. Thankyou Christa and Anna popsugar:)

      C D me too! It drives me crazy the whole time because I war with myself over whether to stay with the trainer or stay with the music. I’ve started scanning through the workout first to see if they stay with the beat of the music. If they don’t, I look for another one.

    I have never sweated like this before. It was hard but I finished the whole workout in 45 minutes. I think it was one of the harder workout that I have ever done I'm so proud.

    Love this workout! I used it and other popsugar videos to help me lose the pregnancy weight, as well as eating better. It's great that I could do the modified version and work up to the regular. I'm 5 months postpartum and went from 180 (163ish 1 week pp) to 133lbs and now working on my next goal. Thank you!

    I usually like cardio kickboxing videos but this one confused me in some places. The pace was a little too fast on the sped up movements.

    Love this! I had a postpartum depression with my third child. Therapy, partly to talk about it, but also put time for yourself through eg exercise has been gold worth. These kickboxing videos and just having a smile on my lips throughout the workout while the sweat drops, have helped me a lot! Christa, your workouts are the best! You and Anna do my days 💓 love from Gotland sweden

    The best workout I've done by Christa! Even though it's short, the intensity & calorie burn was high b/c of the kicking (no "filler" moves). I loved it!

    Loved this workout!! I’ve done the 45 min kickboxing workout a few times so was expecting to love it and I wasn’t disappointed. I love how you get an intense workout without it being supper high impact on your ankles and legs (I’m trying to let my ankle recover from an old injury that’s aggravated and this was fine on it.) Hope you all made it! and if you didn’t, just keep going and you will!!

    The fact that it was timed for the last kick to end on the buzzer shows how well this workout was designed. Also, Anna's still pregnant?!

    Have to do a few more times to feel like I'm getting maximum burn, otherwise a great cardio workout (as usual from Christa)! However, really DID NOT appreciate the add in between the workout!

    Anna, you are AWESOME to be up there doing 35 minutes of exercising so far into your pregnancy (hope that doesn't sound insulting!). It's inspiring. I'm so proud of you and happy to be a fan of yours!
