I know murder is much more serious than theft but I see denial a lot in my neighborhood forum. A lot of grace is given to thieves with clear video evidence. Also people love to victim blame. Some could believe Paul really had a hit. However the technology in this case is amazingly spot on to pin pointing him as the killer. There's no way around it. 🤷🏽‍♀️

I'm thinking about Jim acknowledging Alex "misstated/lied" about being at the kennels with Maggie and Paul. So, then why would he call/text Maggie from his vehicle on their property? It seems to me he'd let them know he was leaving, walk to the house and get his phone (it stayed at the house for an hour...snooze time) and leave. Or would he just take off walking toward the house without a word to his "very much alive" wife and son? And then call/text his destination to his wife and son he just left "very much alive"?

Water is already running from the hose in Paul’s snapchat video, so AM could quickly rinse off any biological materials that landed on his body and clothes (and weapons) while standing in the grass near the kennels after finishing what he came to do. Then only a quick change into the clothes/shoes he had waiting in the Suburban was needed before driving to Almeda. Guns and wet clothes discarded off the property. Rain showers that evening could further break down (or disguise) any tiny biological materials that were washed off with the hose. Just speculation from a former farm kid, but possible.

The agent testified that AM's vehicle was parked by the wooded area versus in the driveway or carport area. Wipe down the vehicle, change clothes & discard. Because Almeda wasn't searched immediately (not sure when it was), it was a chance for AM (or someone else maybe?) to return and get the items. Paul was looking at the shooter on the second shot to his left and down. the shooter was in a squatting position hiding to Paul's left on the right side of the door next to the shed wall.

Alex called Rogan before he called Buster. He called Buster before he called 911 supposedly before the murders is it possible that Buster knew about this? At the very least, how would Buster feel that his dad told Rogan before he told him? It is so strange that he didn’t call Buster as one of his first three or four calls.

Its obvious he washed his hands, Blood was on the steering wheel. And he turned Paul, But not Maggie. So how did her blood get on the steering wheel of his truck, I just hope the jury don't get distracted by the defense tactics. Data clearly shows Paul was at the house before the murders. This could be where a confrontation took place between Paul and Alex that led to the murders. He probably confronted him and started asking questions. Then in his drug induced state he wasn't thinking clearly. They found his pills based on evidence something Alex clearly didn't want them to know. And confronted him about it. What the Motive was only Alex knows that.

I am confused with all that data. I wonder if all of the jury understood it! I do not see where he went to the kennel at 8:50-9:00 when they say the murder happened, did I miss something? It is not proving anything to me about the different speeds either bc in the day time more police are out and at night I doubt in that area they have speed traps! I am not saying he is innocent but I do not see the evidence he did it. Hired someone...maybe

Emotionally prepare yourself for a hung jury. There’s no way he’s gonna be found guilty. The jury is comprised of citizens of the Low (IQ) Country region of South Carolina, literally the 10th dumbest state in the nation (scientifically validated). 12 well-meaning but small-minded jurors couldn’t agree on the best way to cook an egg, much less arrive at a single conclusion on a multi-factored circumstantial case. That’s why Alex didn’t hesitate to do this in the first place. He KNEW there was no way a Low Country jury would be able to mentally process all the circumstantial evidence into a single conclusion. The only hope for a guilty verdict is if there’s at least 1 moderately sophisticated “northerner” on the jury who can use a set of crayons and a lot of simple words and concepts to teach the 11 southern jurors how to think critically for a couple days.
