The affidavit that Juror Z and Judge Toal read in court was originally sworn to by Juror 630. That affidavit was included in a Sept. 5, 2023 motion seeking a new trial by Alex Murdaugh’s lawyer in the South Carolina Court of Appeals.

@@MoparDen None of the jurors collaborate her allegations. All the rest but the egg lady ( juror X's landlord, whom Judge Toal wouldn't call to testify since she didn't deliberate with the jury) say Becky Hill did not make any statements in front of the jury. Poot thought he'd get the alternate juror to testify, so there would be two individuals. "Egg Lady" had a beef that she'd been dismissed from the jury for discussing the case outside of court during the trial.

I believe this. I watched her. Her daughter was going to be on the case but it didn’t work out. It on tv. Struck me as a small town southern busy body.
This juror is not too smart if she believes everything she hears or she knows Alec Murdock. This is ridiculous. Don’t hold your breathe Alec on getting a non- guilty in your next trial. 😮😮😮

It's very unsettling to think that a future juror might be one of the people whose sole concern is with the appearance of the judge. Twelve of them plus one idiot clerk of court would certainly be a judicial shit show. 🤷🏻♀️😬🫣

Hill is a disgrace. She saw her chance at her 15 minutes of fame and grappled it. She then made biased statements to the jury, wrote a book to obtain financial profit to go along with dome slight renown, but plagiarized other's work in that same book. She needs to be fired.
