It gives the federal and state governments the POWER to pass unconstitutional laws but does not give them the AUTHORITY to pass unconstitutional laws. The 2nd amendment is pretty clear in limiting the government when it comes to the right to keep and bear arms. Which is that they "shall not be infringed". The Supreme Court has ruled multiple times that any law that is repugnant to the constitution is null and void. This means that any law that hinders in any way our right to keep and bear arms is null and void since the laws were passed without AUTHORITY!

I have shot firearms for most of my 84 years and because I was not aware of the results on no hearing protection, including suppressors, my hearing ability is compromised to the point that hearing aids do not provide the ability to hear comfortably. The use of suppressors would have going along way to save my hearing!
