You do realize we’re the only country with this many gun deaths right? Australia enacted stricter gun laws in the 90s after a mass killing and poof, haven’t had one again. Same with Europe. Switzerland has many guns and owners but strict laws on who can have them, and their gun deaths are almost non existent. So what you are saying is incorrect because it’s been proven all over the world. You just don’t realize how much the gun lobbies have convinced you to believe a false narrative because they only care about sales, not deaths.
If you have to sue the ATF for their violations, and WIN, then the ATF should have to pay all legal fees out of their collective paychecks.

The AR-15 is the semiautomatic civilian version of the M-16.
The only difference between an AR15 and an M16 is 2 bullets. One fires a single bullet with each pull of the trigger. The other fires 3 bullets with each pull of the trigger, if the weapon is set on burst instead of semi. Considering that both will fire as quickly as the trigger is pulled until a 30 round magazine is empty, I don’t see there to be a significant difference between the two rifles.

You are right, I think perhaps many Judges should go to ethics courses. Fine to feel a certain way but thought they are suppose to impartial and rule on the evidence. Their decisions will waste time and money and may allow appeals later. Seemingly mostly a political move. Those Judges might have to stop being Judges if it comes anymore to light. Never heard of them letting emotions interfere with their jobs before even only looking like it did. This is terrible it makes USA look like kangaroo court system. Future Judges need to live up to what we expect. Only the Supreme Court has the final authority you will never hear them act that way without excusing themselves? We are still living in the USA. No knock warrants are extremely damned dangerous..they did this to me as a landlord, because I had terrible tenants I acquired. Traumatized my son who was a minor and invaded my personal home space to get at the tenants which had a separation of domicile. They put us in the middle of it unwarranted and I could have simply let them in but they didn't give a choice completely unaware of what the hell was going on. Unwarranted Raid. Nor were we informed we could have probably evacuated the scene beforehand. But they violated that right for us.
As a landlord, if you had terrible tenants, then that's on you for not performing your due diligence.

I'm not going to judge you for you're tenant's, because no one knows the exact situation. I agree, if this is the way it went down, then they definitely put people in harms way on top of unnecessary property destruction. All law enforcement needs to be able to do their jobs to enforce laws and protect the people, however, there is definitely overreach and abuse of power. This is what needs to be regulated. Not giving more rights to criminals while maintaining the safety and best possible strategy to protect the population.
You also should clarify the "seperation of domicile" and on what basis there was a warrant if you are going to put this out there because that has many scenarios.

Can anyone tell me what specific SCOTUS ruling determined that a felony conviction is an exception to one's Second Amendment rights? I ask because it is my understanding that the Second Amendment most generally protects one's more fundamental and natural right to self-defense, and more specifically one's right to such self-defense by means of a firearm. And, most importantly, as noted, these rights are NATURAL RIGHTS--i.e., we are born with them, and thereforethe government can only acknowledge and protect them, not deprive one of them in perpetuity.
