Great video. I have a number of cotoneaster horizontalis plants that I took as seedlings from under my Dad's well established plant (well over 30 years old). I have been hoping to find tips on how to shape them into bonsai and your video will be invaluable 👍🏻
Thanks David for showing us a great video. As for your little vampire problem, try burning used dried out coffee grounds or eastern red cedar cuttings. You can also rub your skin or clothing with fresh evergreens leaves as a natural repellent.
Collectors corner at Garden World in Keysborough have unglazed cascade pots that are a terracotta colour. There are a couple of sizes. You would have to go there because their online orders don’t cover their bonsai stock. Don’t buy them all, I have my eye on one of them..
very nice! very inspiring!
Looks so nice already
Love this
Nice row material. The trunk is obviously trained. Excelent final result. Thanks for sharing.
lovely tree. I dislike cascades typically but this worked great

I have one very similar to this but more developed. The amount of new foliage that they get in spring is crazy. Nice trees though

Es humo incienso, para los mosquitos y para el buen olor.
It’s mosquito coils I burn to keep them away.

Thanks Patrick.
This could have been a great video, but the person smoking off camera with the smoke trails covering the tree, was too distracting.
Haha it’s was mosquito coil repellant that I have to burn. Too many mosquitos otherwise.
