    You can tell the type of character someone is by the company they keep. Mike has great hardworking friends that want to help others and pass on what they know. They inspire each other and make each other better. Those are the kinds of friends everyone should find.

    Mike is so humble and knowledgeable. I purposely only watch him over any other fitness RUclipsr because his advice has always been consistent. Save your energy for the compound exercise and focus on form for the alternate exercises over weight. It has worked like a charm for me. Thank you Mike.

    doing this whole workout tomorrow. been going hardcore for 3 weeks and this will definitely help injury free and longevity is always at the top of my list. MIND BLOWING information here. In life we are always continually learning hats off you two.

    One of the best chest workputs that I have seen in life...notice how the movements are slow and controlled.its no wonder that Mike has such a great physique.he is not all show and no go like many of today's pro.the man really deserves our respect and admiration.

    I am so happy that you post all the videos you do. I had a very bad car accident that I could have died in. Yes I was able to bench 430 at the body weight of 210. But now I struggle on a lot of things. Your videos are helping me come back. I thank people like you. This helps alot

    "feel it through the elbow" is something I've been doing instinctively for last couple months. HUGE difference. Moving more weight, shoulders feel so good.

    Thank you Mike and Big Matt for the video. I have been struggling with some shoulder problems but from now on I will listen to your advice. I tried out the new technique-angling and locking the shoulders- and it works like a charm. You guys are saving shoulders one pair at a time. Many thanks!

    Indeed scaptula lock! Just injured my left shoulder last month and it make me weak for my chest work out but doing the scaptula lock makes me recover my strength on my push on chest ! 👌👌👌👌

    Everytime i´m on my cardio bike at home, im Always watching videos from you Mike, new ones or old ones! Gives me motivation to just keep going, with diet and training. im close to -10kg i body weight, but protein diet gives me good Power, even if i dont eat a lot of rise or so. Anyways, you are good at explaining things, when you train and you make it fun to Watch, not boring. Don´t change, just keep up the good work =)

    When I was 26 I was putting up 535 on the bench big James Williams strongest bench presser in the world trained me . Now I’m 56 PRO NATTY won Mr. America 2021💪🏽✝️💪🏽
