- Abandoned Classic American Diner - Breezewood, PA. A classic diner that once fed thousands of travellers each year now just sits and collects dusts. I would love nothing more but to see this place come back to life again as I would love to sit down and enjoy a meal here.

There is no obligation and I'm not asking you to! All proceeds go toward expenses involved in travelling to film for you guys. I do not make a profit. Thank you!
i live about a hour or 40 minutes from breezewood. I gotta say, its a gorgeous but kinda creepy town. it gives 1900s style.. i love it so much, we stop by every 5 months or so...
I like how the exterior of this classic diner is decorated in chrome metal, very shiny :)
Now that is one fantastic looking former restaurant. They sure don't make them like they use too. The closing music is awesome.
We would travel through Breezewood back in the sixties and seventies, many great memories, thanks for that Wallie 👍
Man do I love the classic retro look of this place. It would be cool to eat somewhere like that.
I love the look of this place. I bet it was awesome to eat at and hang out at when it was open.
Literally sitting in the sheetz parking lot across the street rn. 🤣 I was intrigued by the building trying to figure out what it once was. Thanks for the answer!
This was an awesome video!!!! 50s time capsule. Even the turnpike is abandoned in Breezewood
Every time I go past this place on road trips I wonder what's inside so thanks for posting lmfaoo
How is a place this beautiful still abandoned? I wish someone would bring it back to life. The styling is amazing. Drove by it in on a road trip in 2007.
This is a beautiful place so immaculate..looks like it just closed that morning. Surprised it's so clean, thanks for checking it out for everyone. Wish someone would buy this..
They spared no expense on the chrome exterior finishes with this place, wow 🤩 very cool
My aunt used to work there. Till they closed in 2007
The Denny’s in Findlay, Ohio looks like this one and it’s still open.
i miss vasons restraunt in monroeville
I’ve eaten at this Denny’s ! I love classic diners! So sad to see it closed!
I love eating at classic American Diners. Summit Diner in Somerset Pa is my favorite. But since I live in York, Pa going to the Prospect Diner in Columbia Pa or there is the Lyndon Diner in West York across from whst used to be the West Manchester Mall.
Me and two of my kids ate there in April 2014. After we visited the Abandoned Pennsylvania Turnpike
Mint Condition Dining right there!
Great looking building, Wallie! So clean and shiny! I can't believe that it's been closed a long time! Thanks for sharing!
I used to love eating here when I was a baby little thing. I just liked how the building looked. I remember for how long my brother would not go in the McDonald's up there because he got sick in the bathroom and made a mess when he was like three years old. Back then it was red with yellow accents on the roof if I remember correctly. Good times!
Another absolutely fantastic video Wally and Kayla. Thank you so much for taking the time to record this and to share the video with us. Stay well, stay safe, stay awesome.
Awesome video
Wallie I'm McLoving this diner's aesthetics.
Great video! The exterior is quite retro style building! You don't see many of these kind of places around these days! Must have been something to have been a Denny's too! Nice!
As I stated in your Taco Bell segment, people stopped "stopping" in Breezewood unless it is for gas at Sheetz or The Gateway. The town fought against a highway "by-pass" which would connect the Turnpike directly to I-70. Businesses shuttering was inevitable due to the fact that people don't want to get out of the traffic flow when headed towards the beaches.
This video is awesome 😎
Shame that this was closed. Someone could really make a lot of money if they restored it and actually made good food.
Great video, Wallie, sad to see this place closed. Looked cool inside, they looked ready to open! It was easy to see that it was a former Denny’s. Take care, you and Kayla have a great day!
I remember when that was Denny’s. Where that tote is on the floor, the roof was leaking there because I remember eating there when it was Denny’s and they had 5 gallon buckets there to catch the water as it dripped down
This place is so cool. I hope it opens back up. It looks new. Love it and thanks for the great video.
I love the look of this place, i would eat at a place like this. Thanks for sharing this with us.
New to your channel were from Pittsburgh,Pa we love abandoned places great work 👊
There was a diner south of west Chester pa called the Birmingham grill they went out of business years ago and someone came in and bought the diner and had it moved from Pennsylvania to truckie California and that's where the diner is to this day now
Nice video Wallie
Pretty cool looking diner! I would definitely eat there and order a burger and while listening to some rockabilly music playing in the background.
I’ve noticed this place several times while going through Breezewood on my way to Ocean City! Glad you knew about it and filmed this!
I remember it has a Dennys dinner , that would be our stop on the way to Ocean City
great video, just cant beat those old diners
I can't wait till u upload I love ur videos
I like that Ford Taurus, nice color too. Yes that looks like a former Exxon gasoline station by the looks & design of the sign.
Good to have you two back in Pennsyltucky, you should have hit the abandoned PA turnpike tunnels. 😀
another great abandoned video thank you
I’ve never been there drove by it but it looks cool inside wish it would open back up thank you for sharing and have a great day

I love your abandoned diner videos
Nice Route 66 sign on back wall👍
Seeing this means I'm almost home on my way back from NC
Such a great looking place. 😊
Happy Birthday Wally!!
Another place out in Breezewood is if it's still there and has not been torn down is the Post House maybe u can film that
Post House was where all the Greyhound and charter buses stopped.
@@tobyradloff I know they use to stop there all busses going to Washington DC use to stop there I believe they closed in the early 2000's
That was a cool looking diner a shame that its closed now awesome video bro
Love the pictures at the end...
Looks like in great shape and ready to be open again, hope someone is looking after it
Good video that’s a one of a kind place now all the restaurants are box shaped
Love the look of the diner
There's one like this in Kernersville, NC
This place was always busy, I can't figure out how they couldn't make it !
Medina, OH has a Denny's Classic Diner.
There's a place like this where I live, too. I know it's been a couple different things and that the building itself has been moved at least once. I don't think it was ever a Denny's, but I do remember it always having good stuff the few times I've been there, and now it's a landmark downtown.
Blast from the past"!!!!!*****
Lol I Never seen one of those from Denny’s
I can't believe this closed (nor did I actually know ti was closed to begin with). I always wanted to go to this Denny's/Diner every time I would come to Breezewood.
That retro place be perfect for you and kayla to run a cool restaurant and the customers be ordering kmart specials and sears shakes👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻😀.
Doesn't look like it would take much to reopen it. This would be a perfect spot for a classic car cruise-in.
I wish there were more diner restaurants like this but still open for buisness.Great video Wallie😊
Hey Kayla and Wallie! Great video! Try Route 40 Classic Diner in Grindstone. It's not abandoned. Looks quite similar. Once this virus passes and all is well again check it out. Stay awesome 👍
My mom worked there for years. And they just closed like a few years ago
We ate there several years ago when it was still a Denny's. Breezewood is looking like a ghost town.
Wow. Never seen one of those before. What is wrong with that area? A former steel town? Thanks wallie you guys stay safe from our world now!
This was a Denny’s I believe cause when we traveled to Richmond Virginia we always stopped there for a bite to eat sad to see this go that was our favorite stop
Cool 😀
There's a Denny's just like this near me. It's in the parking lot of a Tanger outlet mall. I've always liked the aesthetic of it.
Closed bout yr or 2 ago..lots of memories there
We have a denny's diner here in San Antonio Tx that looks just like this that's still in business!
they need to bring that back to life
Great video bro
There’s a diner that looks like this in downtown Sharon called Donna’s Diner that is still in business. There is also another one nearby in Hubbard, Ohio called the Emerald Diner (don’t know if they’re still open or not).
There’s a Denny’s in radford Virginia that looks almost identical to this location
Love retro diners
There is a Denny's in Ruidoso Downs, New Mexico that looks likes this and is still open
Love diners, like Daddy Pops , Todd from TNT features them in his vids sometimes, Liked
Classic American Diner is own Denny...
There's a Denny's in central Illinois that is just like this on the outside but it has the boring, typical Denny's decor inside.
Definitely gives a 50s type vibe.
for a place that has been closed for a while, it sure looks in tip top shape. It is also very, very shiny; in fact, I would eat there just for that fact alone! By the way, am I the only one who still calls Denny's , Lenny's?
Emma first time ever since the beginning of this season the game will not allow
We have those same chair's at the bowling alley lol
That place was also built back in the early 2000s I believe sometime around that time period
Think you can find an abandoned Shoney’s?
That not today, because of the Conaveries. Are still looking round abandoned places? Here in the U.K. is a sort of lockdown.
No, I just have a large backlog of videos I'm catching up on.
Theres one exactly like this in Zanesville Ohio
Goodvideo
Just remember to wear your sunglasses on a bright sunny day or you will get blinded.
I know the some story on it. Did you go up the hill to the old greyhound station post house.
