Awesome video. Clear and concise for us newbies. I think I'll give it a try after I grab a few needed tools. When I do, I'll definitely purchase from you guys. Nice work.
I don't see a CARB exemption for any of K&N's Bronco systems. I tried asking K&N if they have even submitted for certification and all they did was obfuscate with BS. In other words, they have no intention on getting certification.
Thanks for this video, the installer did an excellent job describing and showing everything. I'm no car mechanic but am pretty inclined mechanically....the only thing that made me nervous was the O2 sensor removal and trying to get that 10mm bolt from underneath the passenger side pipe. Got it installed with only one broken push tab....Thanks for the video it gave me the confidence to do this myself!
I received a check engine light and I believe that is due to the IAT sensor not being pushed in all the way. I see the blue gasket showing on yours. Did that happen to you?
My check engine light went on after about a 30 min getting on it. I checked all the connections and they are fine. That grommet is really a poor design, and sticking in the sensor. I hope that’s not the problem. Also the top grill is not good on dimensions for the fit. You really have to stretch it to get the Allen screws in
Any idea how to get another Allen head bolt that holds the cover on? I lost one while installing. I had something else that worked in the mean time but it doesn't match.

Glad it helped!! Thanks for watching!
Why would you remove an o2 sensor just to install a cai?
Did you mean IAT sensor? O2 sensors usually measure exhaust
I re tightened everything. The sensor if I recall is tricky how it seats in the rubber.
Did you figure out how to fix that?
Just remember how k&n and other high flow filters work. They don’t filter as well as your stock type paper filters, allowing more dirt in your engine.

Hey there, how did you resolve this? i just installed and the same exact thing happened. Thank you!
@@geoffschiffrin5211I re tightened everything up
Thanks for the reply. I did that also, and was able to get the sensor 1/4” lower. Fingers crossed. So far so good.
Any check engine lights?
You shouldn't receive a CEL with this intake.
