Found this guy many years ago and have been obsessed since. He’s a musical unicorn. His essence is out of this world, yet sweetly nostalgic, and ever cutting edge. I've watched / listened to this concert countless times, and I can't get enough of this beautiful performance. No other artist has had such an impact on me in the last 10 years. Blood Orange is a genius, totally unique, a modern classic.

I've had the benefit to see Blood Orange perform live in Amsterdam some years ago.
One of the best concerts I've been to.
The venue wasn't that big but the quality of the performance was incredibly good, every song sounded as good as the recorded version

This is great. I never realised before that alongside with its own signature sound BO had a sort of Sade-like vibe also❤️. I don't think Dev Hynes ever meant it but that's just what happens sometimes. Music is just magical and a mystery sometimes.
