The moment you bring down the ATAT and it makes that alarm sound is so freaking awesome. It's one of the many things in Star wars that once you hear it you IMMEDIATELY know its Star Wars.

Some materials in star wars are actually highly resistant to lightsabers, not to mention using a lightsaber while hanging off a moving ledge to cut a big enough hole would be nearly impossible.
I also wish we could have ONE game where we could finally play as the good guys, and show the rebel terrorists for what they really are. So far the story telling has just been from the perspective of scum propaganda with lies about the empire.

You know the LAAT gunship is a beast when its kicking TIE fighter ass in dogfights. Clone Wars technology truly is the pinnacle of military might. Sure, the Empire may have scary stuff, but thats only because its all really big with quality being an afterthought.
3:40 getting serious Shadow of the Colossus vibes. This whole scene addresses so many questions I had during Empire Strikes Back. Like, what's it like to ride in one of those things. What's it like being the one behind those big ass cannons. What's it like being on one of those when it falls over.
That's why you keep your shit clean so nobody can climb inside. In all seriousness though, they did a great job detailing the inside of the AT-AT. Even down to the speeder bikes.

Interceptors are pretty fragile, and LAAT's are pretty heavily armed. If the gunship pilot was positioned well enough, it could be an easy kill.
