Kamoer X2SR Aquarium Tank Auto Water Change Pump System

The Kamoer X2SR is a WiFi-controlled, peristaltic pump designed for auto water changes and auto top-offs in your aquarium. I am trying to pull water from an RO reservoir at a fair distance for a fresh water aquarium, however I don't have a reservoir under the aquarium for the ATO. Why isn't there a feature that allows ATO using the main pump? Feels a bit weird that we need to use an extra pump in a fresh water setup as we don't need to seperate RO water and salt water for ATO. Would really like some feedback on this!

The sensors for the main tank need to be optical

Stop be lazy people a $500 machine can do it but a $30 aquarium siphon can do the job at the same speed also you can target the dirty spots
