great video would have loved links to everything you showed :) Would love a video on setting up to bandwith and more of that router technical stuff lol
One part of me agrees, but the other says "for what?" Do you really need faster speeds on Apex? 2.4 GHz has better coverage which means more stable connections which is far more important IMO, unless you're watching Netflix on your Apex ;) The only issue is when you only have 5GHz WiFi in home, then it is a bummer indeed.
@@xCROv That's a really good point about this channel selection, didn't thought about that. And that strictly leads to better stability too in places with lots of other networks.
@@ciolkie because almost every item in my smart home is 2.4. That's a LOT of items, and it starts to cause problems. 5 would give me so many more options ..
The kamoer is a great water changes pump very well built and pulls water a long way I've got it using ro tubing as much easier to route the pipes and doesn't affect the water flow
I have the new IM heater. The manual is bad. Mine appears to be working as plugged in no changes by me. Top display always displays 77. ST? Bottom display always displays 77. Never varies. Neptune temp varies 1.5 degrees above 77 max. How come IM temp AT never reads above 77? 1 100w element, does the element 1 light only turn grn when element is heating? Obvious but can’t find in writing or BRS videos. Thanks… bought through BRS.
Great video guys.

It's time for these manufacturers to support 5Ghz WiFi, it's 2023.
Apex 4 Pro.

@@ciolkie 5Ghz has 4x the channel selection as 2.4Ghz. Offering both really is trivial for the price point they ask for this hardware these days.

Great job ! Great options ! Is there a vid comparison for a daily change compared to a larger weekly ? Efficiency compare ?

I'm able to hook up the kamoer without splitting the bands on both an old Netgear orbi and a new tp-link deco.
Hi you guys did a video on vibrant algae cleaner. Do you need a protein skimmer while using it? Thanks
Thomas always gets a 👍
9:08 the Kamoer kicks up into a second gear if you move more than a litre of water... sounds like a spaceship taking off 🛸
