At 75 I've been walking in the dewy grass for over a month now and also sleeping grounded for 2 weeks. Now I'd like to try running barefoot on cement for 30 seconds at a time. I've never been a runner or even a walker other than what I've been doing these last few weeks. Aside from getting into some fire ants one time (not good!), I love every minute of this new (but ancient) Earthing habit. Thanks to natural eating with mostly raw foods I do not take medications of any kind except some supplements.
Thanks for these videos. I plan to take it easy and follow all your suggestions.

This series is spot on. I alternate between true barefoot (which feels best, but as a novice, hurts my feet on some surfaces), and "barefoot" shoes. I will definitely check out the Xero sandals later after reading the story of this Danish guy, who did this ultramarathon in Greece on sandals. Started my barefoot endeavour only 4 weeks ago following your advice. So far turned out great. Big difference is landing with tension in foot and calf. Calfs cramped up only the first few times. Just did a training round of 4 km barefoot/ 7 km minimal shoes, settling into a rhythm now and feeling comfortable. Thanks again Xero!

The Gym and Xero Shoes together and glute and hamstring excises is straight badass.
