I like how she’s a very kind-hearted person in nature. She could leave prison anytime but doesn’t because she has a sense of responsibility.
She ain't kind-hearted for she is in prison and has mean streak broader than her shoulders are. She does seem to accept being in prison though. Doing time from doing a crime and she admits she did a crime.

@@reasonablequit7535 Either that or assault and battery. She does seem to relish on her reputation as scariest and meanest person behind bars. She does respond well to kindness even if her manner of expressing it is stilted.
I agree. Mugman did help some of the criminals to stay cool, especially Ms. Cyclops!
I love how she can escape prison easily whenever she wants but just doesn't :)

When I saw her it unlocked traumatic memories of failing over and over at Rugged Ridge. I am still SO bad at that level.

In my opinion, Season 2 is better then one. I really like EP8 and 9! I really liked the appearance of Werner Werman and his accent! And that Ms. Chalice has way more screen time than in Season 1.

The best of them all (my friend's opinion) is a Miss Chalice.
I'm enjoyed CS (espicially the season 2) so much so I'm just watching it without even thinking that deep & just a bit later I'm remembering „that's a nice touch".
Probably my favorite from the 2-nd season is a Briney Beard one. It was interesting & I like how much personality Cala Maria get in this one (it's also made Cap BB x Cala Maria ship canon, but it's another story).

Honestly, this season was a mess.
It did NOT meet my expectations, and it’s probably worse than season one.
And season one was a very good season, but this one is just weird.
First: Chalice only appears TWICE IN THE ENTIRE SEASON. When I thought that she was going to appear in almost EVERY episode of the season, now that Cuphead Mugman and Her are friends.
Second: Did they really have to come up with the excuse of “Your soul debt has expired”? Because then, this show technically has no point. This is one of the overarching plot in this show. Now that The Devil and get Cupheads soul after 2 SEASONS. Really says something. Somethings wrong here.
