Helps with leaf surface temp. Helps warm them up. Deep red has other benefits too.

I’m running two XS1500 from viparspectra in my 2x4. Similar price with name brand parts. The spectrum and bar style on this is really cool tho.
1500s are nice, I like them, but they just can't cover as well as bar lights.
These lights are so cheap and affordable if your just starting out like me these are your first option but like most growers I'll be ordering another lights with more intensely (sorry spellings rubbish) with less what's from my wall but always have a back up guys
They are really on their game. They just need to clean up the fixture, it looks like a prototype and get rid of all the manual controls opting for an app controller. And damn, change those drivers. Hard core grows know their components.
How would one of them do in a 2x4x5 would I have a good grow for 2 maybe 3 plants? I love your videos really helpful keep it up

You should check out Barrina's 200 watt foldable quantum board. I got a photobio par meter and it did great. I would live to see what numbers you get

The es1000 is perfect for a 2x2 at only $70 give or take its a steal 120watts from the wall
I've got a 120"x120"x80" tent, good Light advice while price per unit under $400
Nothing in that price range will be amazing or cover the entire 4x4 well.

I wish these light companies would understand sometimes throwing the extra features such as a built in timer doesn't help there products it makes them feel cheap and shitty due to being subpar if it worked well and and wasn't a pain that's fine but if not do away with it
It fits but nooo way i could keep that cool enough 440 watts! Thats a crazy 2x4 maybe an iffy 4x4 for modern leds. But for the price and kit running at 75% still getting Fat colas and even way more efficient lasting waaaay longer too
Cooling a tent is easy, cool the room outside the tent and have enough fan to properly evacuate the tent.
So if this a budget LED, what’s top of the line for the same size grow? I have always used HPS/MH (Hortilux Eye) and it’s a hard pill to swallow to see LED using less power and look way cleaner.

I would find a company that didn't spend 10 years ripping people off with overpriced, over promised LEDs. To even mention that company in the same sentence as Chilled is ridiculous.

uses 100 watt more than chilled minix6....same par values...440 watts for 0.72 squaremeter....well....maybe in countries wher power is cheap and nobody cares
