KBH teacher taught me the basics of a layup during afterschool class one day and now my goal is to do a perfect layup… hahaha. :D Everything felt soooo awkward the first time but I think I’m getting better! The next day during club class time, I went to watch some of the seniors play basketball and then afterwards a senior and KSB teacher stayed behind to help me practice my layup!
Volunteer day at the park with the students was so fun! I went with Joseph’s class but then later we met up with 1-1 at the park, and 2-2 was also there! Some students taught me how to throw and catch a baseball with a baseball glove and I’m pretty sure that’s the first time I’ve ever touched a baseball LOL. And Joseph and I went to dinner with one of the students from his homeroom and it was really nice!
Wow one of my classes just went so well! Usually this class is very difficult to teach, but it went amazingly! I had another activity planned, but they kept asking me questions about America and American culture and it went so well for like 25 minutes! They also really liked the Jackie Chan dad joke hahaha. This is what I had imagined teaching English and American culture to be like when I first started teaching here. xD
Last Thursday I was in shorts and on Friday I pulled out my winter stuff... autumn is too short!
I finished watching Gilmore Girls AND a Year in the Life... Now that show will forever make me think of October in Korea. xD
