Apparently there are a few variations of this theme, previously used in Hobo With A Shotgun. This is the longest from what I gather.

This little $15 dollar game gave me more fulfillment than a good portion of games I've played in the last couple years... and I've never played a Far Cry game before.
Far cry is the Goat of FPS
This was the game that got me into the far cry series, not gonna' lie. Been hooked ever since. From 3 to New Dawn!
@@whoisd3v I think far cry series are getting worse, since far cry 3. They haven't had much idea but released new far cry every 2 years. Same mechanism, gameplay (liberateling outposts), and less cool villains.
I just love far cry 3, no one could replace Vaas, he is insane as fuck, like Joker in far cry.

@@liamlvp3886 Worst part is that they try to make it idiot friendly, gameplay is getting worse but many antagonists in new fawn are just badly written and made women for being politically correct, and also it follows a trend of having a map from previouse games,
(fc3bd has a map from fc3, fcp has a map from fc4 and new dawn has a map from fc5)
Very good of them to actually pay attention to the retro electro scene and ask Power Glove for this instead of just asking some industry soundtrack guy to do it. If you like this sound, check out Pertubator, Miami Nights 1984, Noir Deco, LazerHawk, Mitch Murder, Lost Years, Com Truise.

Picking up the first weapon in the arena right as the beat drops is the most satisfying thing I've done in gaming to date.

This game is a tight little package! It's not a grand epoch you have to play 100+ hours to complete(i.e. not boring you to death) AND you get more than your moneys' worth with this soundtrack alone! A perfect deal for the price point it was given!
I’ve always watched and seen the amazing title of the Far Cry games. RUclips, GameStop, Posters, Advertisements, i saw it everywhere. I could only dream of ever having the game. Until my dad bought me a new XBOX 360. I was scrolling through all the amazing games my new XBOX had and i saw it…FAR CRY 3! I gasped in shock because I’ve been hearing on how amazing the game is. I love keyboard synth music. Like Lazerhawk. He has amazing keyboard solos. And so does this game! Once i went into the game, i saw the graphics and I literally said: “holy SH*T!!!” The robotic arm, the music, the CYBER EYE. AND I MEAN THEY EVEN ADDED ENTIRE DESCRIPTIONS FOR THE ANIMALS IN THE GAME! DUDE AND THE CYBER PANTHER!? Truly amazing game…like im not even joking if you dont have it get it!
This song is from a movie called Hobo with a Shotgun " Summon the Plague" was reference to cyborg demon hunters in the movie which were called the Plague. you should watch a clip of them on YT it's sick.
I chain killed so many undead in like 30 seconds, it was in the 40s range I swear

Far Cry 3 runs on the Dunia engine, essentially a reworked version of CryEngine since Ubisoft didn't get the rights to it when they made FC2. From a technical perspective it is still good looking, but yeah its not nearly as taxing on hardware as the Metro games.
Blood Dragon is more a testament to a unique and colourful visual style making it easy to completely ignore graphical imperfections that are associated with games trying to be as realistic as possible.

THANK YOU for the MP3 link. I played the whole soundtrack before getting to this part of the game and I tell you I was not amused to discover this track was in the game and not on the god damn OST.
Blood Dragon had awesome graphics, they were much more advanced than anything COD will ever achieve in the next 5 or so years.

This track is just amazing, I got the soundtrack for preordering and never got this one as far as i remember :/ What an amazing game blood dragon is. I think its unique atleast in modern times..makes you feel like a badass too :)

You actually think a triple-A game made by Ubisoft Montreal (a triple-A studio with titles such as FAR CRY 3 (of which the game is a standalone DLC for), the Assassin's Creed series, the Prince of Persia series, and the whole Tom Clancy line of games) would have a budget of 600$? Okay, let's start by ignoring the implausibility of that statement. Where the hell is your source?

It's 2024 and I'm still playing it and I'm shocked even after playing it Cyberpunk 2077 I realized that there is no atmosphere in cyberpunk. It is better implemented here I have completed the game 10 times it is a pity that it is short I play 13.10.2024
