Love this special. Can't believe you're only at 30k I found you around the 10k mark. And even then I couldn't believe how good your video quality was. I'm so glad you're progressing like you are.
I’ve seen Gunner Farms. The best was at Spectacle Island. The trick was positioning where the Gunners drop. You want them to drop into water. The water has to be deep enough they can’t use weapons, but not so deep they drown. Basically, treading water. Then use a Minigun to mow them down. Take Chems to boost INT. Wear +INT clothes. The key is before you begin, and open the cages and start firing, is to craft caltrops until you proc Idiot Savant rank 3. Then go to town. I had an idea for one in Sanctuary that had conveyor belt floors, feeding bodies into a conveyor belt that runs all the way to the water, which drops bodies into the water. The water current should move the bodies far enough away as to prevent massive slowdown in FPS during the cull.
I wish there was a clock showing the time in this challenge. But given the brain power and thought put into this and the ingenious way of leveling up and your computer wanting to self destruct i gotta say I'm impressed and you've earned yourself a subscription keep it up

Congrats! I'm watching your stuff it's entertaining to have on, it really is on the same level of quality of some of the best YT Channels out there, i can tell you put passion into it.
Instead of drinking your inventory water, just put in one in ground well. You can heal up indefinitely from pumping one, and they're super cheap. They also add a few (4) bottles of water per day. Which you can sell, since you won't be chugging it all to heal.
the reason i drank loads is to gain the passive healing until a level up popped to over heal us against level 96 brigadier general gunners and level 81 colonels they hit really hard
Great work on this one, you’ve got a very listenable voice. For future videos I’d suggest trying to incorporate some game audio where appropriate and some low royalty-free music/game soundtrack to tie things together (it’s tacky and clichéd but it does make a difference). Subscribed!
I have a challenge idea for you. ItsJabo did it too, but the challenge is Fallout 4 while being eternally level one. You have to stay level one, and your S.P.E.C.I.A.L stats stay at one (which you'll have to obviously change with console commands?

welcome back! yeah its getting the supplies and also the ammo to keep doing it the spray and pray would help as well as the broadsider and the gainer all things ill get in a future playthrough! broadsider only requires gun nut rank 2 to fully upgrade

I think Mitten (RIP) did a pain train run. I remember him struggling against the Concord Deathclaw so I’m interested in seeing you take that on in survival
Did the same run: set up 3 levels of gunner cages in a straight line in 2 rows, ended up with 36 cages per side in a straight tunnel configuration and just went with explosives all the way, building bottlecap mines and buying all the mines, grenades and missiles from the vendors i set up, much faster to kill everything when you can just unlock the cages, have over 70 gunners walk 2 steps to the front and have my mines and a chugged grenade pop while i shoot 4 missiles into the masses, would almost every time wipe the whole camp of gunners, repair the cages, repeat. it is 100% an absolute psychopath run
you should use the squirrel stew, intelligence boosting chems and clothes, the good sleep perk and better starting SPECIAL allocation, minmax the shit out of this challenge and I bet you can do it in less than 20 hours.
When setting your stats at the beginning of the game (The Vault-Tec Rep talking to you) it doesn't matter what you pick. But I advice to set your INT to 10. (You can change your stats later when before exiting Vault 111.) Kill all the radroaches in the vault and you will get to Level 2 as soon as you enter Santuary. Only in Survival Difficulty of course.
Another issue would be that nuka world will only give you two of the 3 possible perks based on the factions you sided with. Far habour too will not give you all the perks since they're ending based. A bit annoying, but it makes sense I guess.
It's easy to get a ton of level by spamming fence poles in Sanctuary but i'm writing this prior to watching this. Insane has broken my expectations on a ton of things over the last year or so!
I don't understand, how they manage to replace so many soldiers like that, it takes a few years for them to leave the vault, train and rank up, but it's good to keep their numbers low.
they simply didn't realise rocco's true potential as the perfect gunner he was too good at killing and thus the gunners wanted to capture him and make rocco one of their own but it never worked!
I think we all can agree that of u play the game for a long time and it starts lagging u can use game performance mods like Buffout 4 to stop u fr getting sick😂
Great video, but it would have been less annoying and painful for you as you played if you didn't max out cap collector since of caps would have been hiding uner the floor. I'd estimate that there would have been nearly 1milion uncollected cap
Hello insane frame, im not going to lie i never watched any of your videos, actually this is one of the first fallout videos i saw and i noticed you built a gunner cage, how do you do that, thanks and keep up with the good content! (sorry if it’s sounding weird, im not a native english speaker)
I think i would have started with 10 int and then focus on getting idiot savant. Sense people said it is only useful when no int or all int. It worked worse when in the middle. Then focus on a science int build would be the focus after that.
Fastest way to get all perks in 24hrs without mods, is first do the special book glitch to max out all special stats. Then put the difficulty on Very Easy and start the Automatron DLC. Carry on doing the quests until you face Ahab. After beating him, go back to your settlement and do the Ahab Helmet glitch. It will blow through levels really quick.
His rules were no glitches or exploits. I feel like Berry Mentats and INT gear (especially a full set of Unyielding Armor) would have sped things up a lot.

I’ve been told that the biggest lag spike comes from the final rank of Cap Collector. When they explode into caps it really drags the system down.

My aim was 10 levels an hour got a plan for 2.0 challenge in a few months :)
You do not become a bullet sponge in survival. You become a sponge after actually being hit by bullets
Upon finishing the video, I have discovered that some sponges can in fact take bullets

I hate to be that guy but the companions do have their own unique perks for maxing your relationship with each one
yep its happening in the 3.0 version of the challenge after maxing all the perks in player skill tree!

there was quite alot of caps I can tell you that I got about an roughly an extra 500 caps each time running the circuit thanks to that!

The ungodly amount of lag was caused by the perk that makes enemies explode into caps. Too many entities with the caps on the floor.

Fastest way to get all perks in 24hrs without mods, is first do the special book glitch to max out all special stats. Then put the difficulty on Very Easy and start the Automatron DLC. Carry on doing the quests until you face Ahab. After beating him, go back to your settlement and do the Ahab Helmet glitch. It will blow through levels really quick.
His rules were no glitches or exploits.
I feel like Berry Mentats and INT gear (especially a full set of Unyielding Armor) would have sped things up a lot.

Could you do a Survival Difficulty Legendary Melee Weapon only? Big Jim is a pretty good starter, if you can get to it

Early on gunners are the best, but could an animal be better later on because it doesn’t have to generate unique equipment?
well gunnner brigdiers are level 96 so give the most exp and colonels are level 84 both with idiot savant give huge exp
What if you got Pray and Spray.
That explosive ammo should chew through the gunners.
