CJI has been very fair and balanced. His intervention in Kisan agitation, CAA agitation etc have helped the government. Request CJI to pass judgment on bankers' pension cases which are at his command since 2018. Modi ji has preferred appeal against the pensioners and taking dates. The petitioners have actually died but the cause will help lakhs of pensioners to get justice. All HCs have passed judgements in favor of the pensioners. Several honorable citizens, MPs of all parties and Honorable President of India, Nitin Gadkariji, have shown sympathy with these pensioners. But Govt is not accepting the HC judgments
I like the simplicity of the CJI. GOOD
CJI should be asked why Lalu Yadav is living political life and luxury while he is on a medical bail? Why Kejriwal should be given bail multiple times on urgent basis while thousands are languishing in jail for getting justice. Indian judiciary is compromised in favour of politicians and wealthy lawyers.

What about giving adjournment after adjournment without any late. Absenteeism of judges at whims and fancies of a judge. Why not do something about such practices that delay all cases. CJI, please do something about it
Definitely this CJI has changed some systems but earlier also other CJI s brought many changes in the system.But during his tenure
practically a handful of celebrity advocates of Delhi run law business houses which seems to have deep control over the entire supreme court system and this is bound to raise questions over his impartially.
U are nothing just a puppet of govt. Even after so much of irregularities in NEET exam, u simply told that nothing is wrong. I was not asking for re neet, but atleast u should have given orders of strict action against NTA
He can only render decisions based on the evidence that has been provided.
Ask him:- how he is feeling after destroying career of 2M innocent students
His actions and judgements are pointing towards his leaning towards anti national elements and proneness towards muslim criminals 8n the name of showing neutrality. Judgements are not given selectively considering once religion or other background.
Can't really blame him. Either way if students still want re NEET. Appeal for an invocation of a referendum.

लगता है रिटायर्ड होने और उसके बाद भी सरन्यायाधीश धनंजय चंद्रचूड साहेब जी बहुत ही रो देंगे ! चंद्रचूड साहेब जी ने बहुत ही महत्त्वपूर्ण जिम्मेदारीया निभायी है और निभा रहें हैं उनके लिए रिटायरमेंट बहुत ही गहरी दुःखद स्थिती भरी रहेगी और सुप्रीम कोर्ट में भी दुःख कि छटा फैलेगी ! भारतीय न्याय यंत्रणा में एक ऐसा खालीपन जो सहज संभव नहीं ! धन्यवाद

He's one of the most clear and eloquent speakers. Love his accent and elocution.
Judiciary is not accountable to people direclty or indirectly in their appointments. Even President is voted by MPs who are elected by people.
Judiciary problem to understand and maintain the court as weekly time is not sufficient, work is more to understand and judgement preparation and clear in the court.

Very appropriate and timely. But break through decision/ message and creativity is missing. Human values as compulsory text in education works wonders, as it reaches every home. In a way disputes get reduce drastically.
In the Supreme court of India during his father's time only less than 50 cases are reported to be pending.The Supreme court has undergone a great change since the reason for such face lift and in consequential quality of judges and judgement may be looked into. The number of judges in SC to start with was one digit (7).NOW check yourself and see it has been 6 times with questionable qualities.The cases pending in lower courts and disposal qualities is less said the better.
Dear CJI, kindly speed up the justice systems. Don't be a blocker for AIJS.

CJI's talks on constitutional morality are impressive but he appears to have done precious little about "justice delayed is justice denied". If more judges entail more infrastructure than scrap the bullet train project as it may be the final bullet in ordinary citizens' hearts after delayed justice.

CJI DYChandrachud is just another glorified government officer who has done NOTHING more than a part of his duty.
STOP glorifying him and get him to work.
Indian Taxpayers are paying the price in & out of the courts.
A few brushstrokes of excellence are in stark contrast to the numbers of pending cases and judgements given by lower courts and also the Supreme Court in some cases.
Will he sort out the system he's duty bound to do please.?

We didn't even got proper time of the exam neither the grace marks, nor the leaked paper, we are the genuine onces who suffered 🥺😞😔
