Senior citizen here, great topic and well done. One other item comes to mind; her safety, especially in an urban setting. Transportation, parking, movement in and around the building... She should be escorted at all times and the male host may have to change his schedule to facilitate her safe movements at a time that is convenient to her, not you.

Let me chime in here as an old geezer myself. In first world countries safety usually isn't an issue, but in poor countries you better be prepared to escort her at all times.
I agree with a how to clean your home. Not just vacuum but dust the ceiling fans, wipe the countertops, etc.
Having items for guests is essential, a basket labeled “guest” may be a red flag for ladies. James you’re amazing… this should be a mandatory viewing for all men, young and old.
You forgot that your refrigerator should be stocked with a variety of drinks.

If you have any sense, your fridge should be stocked with good, wholesome food to cook. If a lady is happy with you, she may even cook you a breakfast or meal. You should be cooking anyway for your health and to stay in shape. Kills two birds with one stone.
And quality breakfast food. Eggs, berries, bananas, and bacon. And quality coffee and juice.
Coffee is a MUST.
Buy a selection, so she can choose.
Decaf, Vanilla, Cinnamon, etc.
Make sure you have a variety of creamers on hand.
She'll love to spend the night more often if you have a great morning experience waiting for her.
You made a lot of good points. I agree with keeping your home clean. Especially washing your sheets at least once a week. I read that the nearly half of single men only wash their sheets four times a year. After what women have told me I’m inclined to believe it true.

Two things I would add.
New towels and wash cloths,that are a different color than the ones you use. Let her know that hers have never been used by another person.(i.e. another woman)
Bed linens of a higher quality,and thread count,than you would require for your self. Women are sensual. They can feel,and appreciate,the difference.
I'm no Casanova but if you are it doesn't seem environmentally or financially reasonable to throw out towels after one use. If you've laundered them properly there shouldn't be any hygiene issues.

I am a 73 year old English woman, sadly a widow now, and I am so pleased to see someone as young as yourself taking up the baton of gentleman like behaviour and chivalry, teaching young men the ropes (and perhaps not so young men). 😉
I noticed a few posts here condemning you as a "pick up" artist. You obviously are no such thing. Sex before marriage isn't a mortal sin, and it is not wrong or ungentlemanly to enjoy a full romantic relationship, whether or not that relationship ultimately leads to marriage.
If some people wish to abstain from pre marital sex then that's their prerogative but there's no need to be so judgemental towards those who chose to live differently. By all means follow the teachings of your religion but do so quietly. No need to "flaunt your virtue". And.......there is nothing gentlemanly about trying to shame James and others like him for enjoying a full romantic relationship. That just demonstrates a meanness of spirit and lack of generosity, character traits that you would never find in a true gentleman.
A not much used expression these days - pertaining to chivalry and gentlemanly behaviour is the concept of "Noblesse Oblige". The mark of a true gentleman. My husband practiced this, every day in every area of his life. In return he was adored by everyone he met and people would regularly comment on his kindness and generosity of spirit.
Women of all ages loved him, men wanted to be his friend, dogs fell at his feet and looked at him with devotion, children adored him. He was a successful high powered businessman but he never forgot his relatively modest beginnings. Beggars or kings, it made no difference to him, he treated them all the same. He bent the knee to no one but neither did he Lord it over anyone.
His magic was that he treated EVERYONE with respect and consideration, especially those who served him, wait staff, secretaries, janitors, drivers, etc. He was an outrageous flirt and everyone responded positively, you could just see them basking in his attention and blossoming in his presence.
This is how the "gentleman effect" works. Be a gentleman (or gentlewoman) and people can't help but warm to you.

When I was in my very early 20s suddenly I got the urge to dress like a gentleman. Until then I wasn’t very successful in dating in a new country. On the first date I bough my date back home even though it was completely unplanned and my place was a complete disaster, welp we’re together for 3 years now. Learn from my example and don’t just assume you won’t get far coz if you do you’ll look like a fool 😂

This will be really helpful soon, but with me and many other men we still live with someone, mostly parentals, so this really helped with rooms and the bathroom. Also, don’t you think it would be a good idea making a Gent Z discord server? A server where we can all talk about classic menswear and show pictures of our favorite items, I believe it would be a great idea. It would also make the community stronger I believe but that’s my opinion.

The only thing I would add is have an XXL t shirt that she can use as sleep ware.
In general, the basket is overkill. I definitely keep pads on hand, but they’re placed next to the extra role of toilet paper so that it’s there, but it doesn’t necessarily scream extra. If someone is staying at my home, I let them know that the kitchen, bathroom, and guest bedroom if necessary are free range, and I’m always sure to keep extra necessities. The basket just feels like you have expectations, I guess…

Cleaning tip for the guys, because this goes beyond just getting ready for a woman to come over: clean a little bit, it’s better than nothing at all. Pick up those socks. Just those socks. Don’t even worry about the dishes in the sink. Just get up and love the socks. And while you’re up, you may want to move those boxes. If you want to, do that too. But definitely don’t worry about those dishes. And after you move the boxes, you might feel like taking the trash out. That’s fine. Do that too! But definitely don’t worry about the dishes….
Etc. If you do this, you may find yourself actually washing the dishes. I usually do. Just clean a little bit. It’s better than nothing.
