Yup, went thru that myself. Everything seemed fine when I talked to her and all of that but one little thing was off, she always talked to me differently than other people. Then we both said we liked each other and went out on dates and dated for a month, and then I asked her what her intentions of dating me was because I was putting in most of if not all of the effort, and she said “idk just to have fun.” Never incorporated me in her future, not like “I can’t wait to spend the summer together” or anything. Not even like “idk have fun not and maybe build something.” In her “breaking up” bs she said it was too serious too soon. She’d only reach out first when I was the only one available to talk to or if she needed something, and I let her do that shit for a month. And it was never serious, when we were out in public she seemed to want to avoid me as much as possible. Ladies have all the power & leverage in the relationship. Any ladies are guaranteed to get a date or phone number from any guys they ask. They just won't admit it. It doesn't work the other way around with guys (unless they're the aforementioned types). Thus, ladies can always manipulate guys to become their backup guys because they can, either subconsciously ("You're such a great guy....any girl would be lucky to have you....etc") or purposely by leading them on with sporadic dates & public appearances at social events which her dates cancelled at the last minute or she couldn't procure a date. Guys are that easily manipulated. This is not to say all ladies are manipulative or controlling but that their actions & behavior betrays them.

Yup, went thru that myself. Everything seemed fine when I talked to her and all of that but one little thing was off, she always talked to me differently than other people. Then we both said we liked each other and went out on dates and dated for a month, and then I asked her what her intentions of dating me was because I was putting in most of if not all of the effort, and she said “idk just to have fun.” Never incorporated me in her future, not like “I can’t wait to spend the summer together” or anything. Not even like “idk have fun not and maybe build something.” In her “breaking up” bs she said it was too serious too soon. She’d only reach out first when I was the only one available to talk to or if she needed something, and I let her do that shit for a month. And it was never serious, when we were out in public she seemed to want to avoid me as much as possible. I ask her to do something like play a game and she’d be like “nah” but right away would do it with her friends. Never really asked how I was doing or anything. Then she got mad and said I needed validation we were dating too much and that was because it didn’t feel like we were even dating, she never put in an effort to even make it seem like we were together. Truly sickening, know your self worth fellas.

Meanwhile i found out she was sexually active with multiple guys not long before me so that killed the vibe, had i not been informed of that i would of been another one of those average guys with a hot girl but i couldnt look at her the same way after that.

I was friendzoned a lot in my late teens/early 20s, and I knew I was and I knew there was nothing I could do, but that little stupid hope borne of a complete lack of self esteem kept me coming back on the off chance she'd get knocked in the head and somehow decide I was the great guy I imagined myself to be.
I wish I'd had the self awareness and self control to just walk away from them all. There's no need to say anything, to tell them anything, just leave it. They won't be that affected by it and neither will you.
