worcester greenstar no hot water but heating working - faulty NTC hot water sensor diagnosis

had 15 mins spare so recorded this breakdown as it crops up every so often and may help someone out. of course, usual checks done off video (electrical safety and FGA) faulty NTC sensor - worcester part number 87145000810. DO NOT LEAVE SENSOR UNPLUGGED DURING NORMAL OPERATION.
